I canāt comment on the bagels because I couldnāt even get an employee to acknowledge me to get one!
A not very friendly lady was at the counter, ringing up a customer. I came in and got in line, at that point I was the only person in line. She finished with the customer, didnāt even say thank you, goodbye or anything. She never even acknowledged me. She walked back to where there were two very capable looking women making sandwiches, and started telling them what to do. Then she proceeded to start frying bacon and cleaning the counter where they were working. Meanwhile, I continue to stand there. A full 5 minutes passed and not 1 of the 4 employees that were working not one time glanced my way, acknowledged me, said āweāll be right with youā...nothing!
I finally walked out. At that point there were 3 more people behind me, who knows how long it took them to get some help? This is completely unacceptable for people who are trying to get to work in the morning. The customer service is pathetic at best.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood - eh. Soup is so oily I can't eat it. The focaccia is good but don't bother ordering anything with it as they never have any, and just assume you're fine with a plain kaiser roll. Their seafood salad has the most disgusting, tiny gray shrimp in it I have ever seen; seriously, who serves gray shrimp? They don't even give you ketchup with a cheese steak unless you ask. Everything just has some little thing that is off about it, and is not impressive. Service - terrible. On the rare occasion I go in there, they help regular customers who are on line behind me and completely ignore me. My coworker who usually picks up lunch is treated like a king because they're familiar with him so I know they can do better. If you ask for anything slightly different, like sauce on the side, there is a high chance that they will forget to give you the sauce. My job buys me food from here and I refuse to eat it, as I don't want my company's money being wasted on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a porkroll egg and cheese and a bagel with just pork roll on it and two small coffees cost $16.50!!!!š The kaiser roll for the pork roll egg and cheese was cold which made the whole sandwich cold. There was four thin slices of pork roll on my bagel. Being a cook myself I'm pretty sure that when somebody asks for pork roll bagel it means to give them enough to fill the egg and the cheese that's going to be missing from the sandwich. But if you're not going to do that then don't charge the person full price as if egg and cheese was on it. How does this happen? When you put inexperienced people on the grill. Why am I pissed off? Because I'm tired of paying almost $20 for breakfast and it being lousy. Don't eat out you say? Can't argue with you there I can cook 10 times better anyway It's like highway robbery that you get away with. Pathetic...
