I’m Italian and take my pizza seriously — very seriously. In my experience, a veggie pizza means onions, peppers, olives, and maybe mushrooms. That’s it. So imagine my shock when I ordered a veggie pizza here and got what felt like a broccoli casserole melted into the cheese. There was barely any cheese left after my mother spent fifteen minutes picking off a forest of broccoli florets. In fact, my mother had to add her own cheese afterward just to get some of that melty goodness back.
What kind of self-respecting Italian pizza chef decides broccoli is a main topping? Broccoli is for steaming or roasting, not for hiding under the mozzarella. This wasn’t a sprinkle or a garnish — it was an embedding. It ruined the balance, the flavor, and the whole pizza experience.
If you want traditional Italian-style pizza, look elsewhere. If you’re okay with your pizza turning into a vegetable rescue mission, this might be for you. For my family, it was a disappointment. Pizza is about harmony — dough, sauce, cheese, and proper toppings. Not a vegetable uprising.

The zeppoles were not zeppoles. They cut pizza dough into teeny tiny squares and covered them in powdered sugar. Maybe they don't know what zeppoles are, idk. Anyway, the wait was ridiculously long and I know they were busy with takeout orders but we felt like we were forgotten about. Takeout orders were flying out the door and we were still waiting for something for our 4 year...
