I've always loved Subway and have never had a bad experience until now, which makes this even more disappointing. The bread at this location was so mushy and fragile that as soon as I opened my sandwich, everything completely fell apart. You honestly couldn't even call it a sandwich it was just pieces of bread falling apart with the fillings everywhere.
