Busy and FRIENDLY. IT was only my second time in there, but they treated me very kindly. THE highlight was this whole wheat everything bagel toasted with salmon lox. The bagel hit all the right notes of flavor, was soft, fresh but firm (!) and DELICIOUS. The lox were plentiful and fresh and flavorful. The coffee was no-nonsense strong and hot. This place is a win-Win-WIN. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GET BACK TO HIT BAGELS BROOKLYN'S FINEST. Highly recommended. They even noticed That I was leaving for on the airport for work and they threw in a couple of extra bagels for my work peers!! Extraordinary! Thank you, HBBF! ✈️

So I frequent this bagel shop ALOT or at least used to. I went in for something quite simple (scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese) waited about 10 mins which was fine I’m patient and thought that it would be worth the wait because I know how their food is. Well I get to my car to eat my food before returning back to work and it’s not even what I expected to be ESPECIALLY coming from them. I got cold scrambled eggs with two slices of cheese just laying there hopelessly on top of the eggs. I now know to just go to dunking donuts down the street if I want actual cheese melted on my eggs. This HAS to be a joke.

Ordered a Pork roll egg and cheese and one slice of pork roll and no cheese is what I got for a sandwich that was almost $10. What a joke. These guys serious with this? Any place that calls themselves "Brooklyn's Finest" is a disgrace to the name putting out sandwiches like this. If this is Brooklyn's finest, Brooklyn can keep it.

This place does not even deserve 1 star, I wish I could give it 0 stars. There is a tall skinny guy who I believe is the owner of this place, I drove 45 minutes to come here as my husband mentioned he use to like this place, not sure if there was a change in owner but I am on the phone with my husband as he is getting ready to repeat to me what we need to order. I am getting ready to repeat this to the man about to take our order - he stares at me, does not start writing, and says “you should just stop right there, I am not going to take your order” I asked him why and he mentioned it was because I was on the phone. I let him know that I was simply just repeating what my family wanted so I could get the order right and he walked away and told me to have a great day , that he was not going to take my order as he chuckled while walking away. I have never written a review before but felt the need to articulate this, we will never be coming here again. This was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I cannot believe this is the way he...

My friend and I wanted to get bagels from here while driving down to the beach. We’ve never been here before and didn’t know what the vibe was going to be like, so we thought to call and order two bagels. About two minutes after calling in an order, we had to cancel because someone rear ended us and we weren’t going to get there within the hour. We called as a courtesy to let them know we had to cancel and the guy on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. He yelled my friend in a nasty tone after he said he was sorry for the inconvenience, “oh now you’re sorry? who does this? you can’t call in an order and then cancel.” and then abruptly hung up the phone. We were stunned to say the least. I don’t see how someone could run a business with zero customer service/empathy skills. We went to Holmdel Bagel instead and dang their bagels were good. The owner is a really cool guy too. Go there instead of wasting your money at this trashy...

My initial review from a year ago is below, but I've visited several times since and I'm happy to report that the service is now first rate. I strongly recommend the everything flagel. Delish.

I didn't mind waiting in line for five minutes, and I liked it when it was my turn and the counter person immediately put my bagel in my bag and took the additional order of a side of cream cheese and butter to go. I didn't like what happened next. The cashier proceeds to ignore me and serves everyone who has a takeout order. Then she continues to ignore me and takes a bunch of new orders. (I'm standing right in front of her the entire time.) Then I ask her about my order and she replies, "I have to take the new orders first." I decided to leave and told her so. I went to Booskerdoo in the new Sickles market where the service is always great. Guess who just lost a customer. There's another bagel...
