Weve been coming to this location for years and have ALWAYS had a great experience UNTIL TODAY. Our Barista McKenzie overcharged us. No big deal, we thought wed bring it to her attention. As soon as we did she got back with one of our drinks we told her and the attitude got so nasty. She slammed the drink down and started arguing that it was "ONLY a dollar". I asked her if she could please adjust it so we could get our dollar back and she just GLARED at us. She then did something on the other register to give us back our money, came back and goes "actually it's only 75 cents!" Clearly agitated and shaking at this point. My husband points out that it's principle, we were overcharged, said thank you and as we drove away she HOLLERED "YOU'RE WEIRD" and SLAMMED the window shut. After coming here for twenty years, we won't even come back anymore if she continues to be employed here. Absolutely rude, nasty and our drinks were watered down tasting, which, again, that's never happened to us there before today. We even left a 50% tip prior to this interaction. Read moreI have been going here for years and they are the nicest people. They were here before Starbucks and Dutch Brothers. Their coffee drinks and service are far superior to all other coffee shops in town. I am loyal to them because I am not being rushed to get my order and go. They always make me genuinely feel welcome, always had treats for my puppy. I enjoy their croissant breakfast sandwiches made while you wait.
My opinions and observations as always.
Don't tailgate Don't use your phone when driving Use your turn signals. Slow down
You only get one life. Make it a great one. Care about others and not just yourself.
My mother taught me to never tell anyone to have a great day , but instead to tell them : "Have a great life." That way I never have to tell you have a great day again because I'm covered. So
HAVE A GREAT LIFE EVERYONE.
Pass it on please. And do it the best safest way...
