RATS AND MORE RATS!! After my best friend was hired to clean some stoves and grills for the grill man SERF, we discovered that not only were the ovens and grills absolutely disgusting, but also that the restaurant has a RAT INFESTATION! During the night hours that I was there helping her clean the grills, I witnessed multiple rats running around both inside and outside of the restaurant. on counter tops, floors etc. Once I discovered a rat carcus in the second stove oven, we immediately discontinued the job due to the deplorable conditions. She provided Serf with the final bill so that she may be compensated for the work that had already completed, but he refused to pay her or return any of her personal property and supplies she had left there which totaled over $200. Not to mention the $140 owed in labor. This place is operated by criminals that obviously do not care about the health and safety of the public they serve. She is currently Working on obtaining legal services to help collect the amount still owed to her for supplies, labor and personal property that was Stolen. With the legal process she didn't want to leave a review so I did instead because this place should be shut...

Great lunchtime experience! We started with tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole. Guacamole was exceptional, salsa was very good and chips were fresh. Our group ordered chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, a ‘grande’ burrito with all the ingredients, and taco salad with shredded beef. Two Margaritas and draft ‘Pacificos’ were part of the order. Food was great, well prepared and presented, and generous portions. Margaritas were great as well (one was a ‘grande’ and certainly fit that description!), beer was cold. Each ‘Pacifico’ had a generous Lime slice on the rim. Service was attentive throughout our visit.

Attractive bar area with large screen TVs and good assortment of draft and bottled beers, as well as spirits.

As we entered, observed several family groups dining who appeared to be ‘locals.’ This always puts a ‘first time’ visitor at ease, knowing the quality of food and service creates community support. “Los Mariachis” has certainly earned this support, based on our...

Great food! Friendly staff and easy to find. We were on I5 and looked up Mexican Restaurants. This one stood out because of how many people have given reviews.

We got Guacamole with chips and salsa. It was so fresh and tasty. Then Cheese enchiladas with beans and rice. It was honestly the best enchilada sauce I have ever tasted, and I loved the rich flavor of the beans too.

My husband got the Grande Burrito with beans and rice. The plates were huge. Nice and pretty presentation as well as a lot of food.

We live in Shasta Lake City, and it's my new favorite restaurant! Will be looking for excuse to go to Red Bluff more often, and definitely recommend stopping by if you are traveling through Red Bluff.

We parked on side before turning on Main Street. The parking on Main was taken, but...

In Red Bluff from Chico for an antiquing experience and decided to hit this restaurant up for lunch. Seated within 1 minute and chips/salsa/beans/guacamole were immediately brought to the table. Drinks took about 5 minutes, due to the short bar staff. I ordered the 3 item special, and chose the Enchilada, Tostado, and Flauta, all chicken, with the beans and rice. While the food was well prepared and served, with plenty to eat, the rice was just... yellow rice, made better with my addition of salsa. Again, plenty to eat AND take home, but I did leave behind the rice. The salsa was spicy but not too much heat, the guacamole was freshly made, Tostada was huge, Flauta was crisp and filled... the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Definitely a place I will revisit, but skip the rice and get extra beans.

GREAT Place to eat: We love this place! Tasty chow, nicely presented in generous portions; what's not to like? We love to see hard work & talent rewarded and that is why we applaud the addition of a full bar, expansion into the storefront next door and BROASTED CHICKEN. (Another customer said that the "20 minute wait" only took 18 minutes today.) There's a Sunday buffet too. I had the 2-item combination plate & almost couldn't finish it. She had two enchiladas and they filled a dinner plate. Nice place, fine service from friendly people who make GREAT chow. Now there's a fabulous combination! DOUG out
