Subway — Restaurant in Red Bluff

I have been to this Walmart Subway many times since it has reopened. Many times it is VERY busy, usually when there is only one person working ( any of us who have worked in the customer service industry know that's how it goes) but the young gentleman who seems to ALWAYS be there is very polite, makes great conversation and his smile is genuine and contagious. Honestly we don't go to any other Subway since the reopening. The actual food that is served has definitely changed, but it is doing the same thing everywhere, much like pricing, so ruling that out as it is NOT exclusive to THIS Subway, I love coming here. The one staff member we have been helped...

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any establishment. They made my sandwich incorrectly and tried to say it was my fault. Both the manager and the owner were extremely rude and argued with me for 20 minutes before finally deciding to remake my sandwich correctly. Even then, they refused to give me the additional meat that I paid for. I regret ever giving this establishment...

I used to be a manager there. I got 4 slices of turkey on a foot long. They got rid of all the good sauces. The workers are dirty and unkept. This place turned I'm to something way different than quality food. I'm ashamed for working there so long. maybe it's because the managers can't even choose the employees anymore. The person who hires literally never worked in the restaurant field. Good...
