So We Went Thru The Drive Thru Saturday Morning Around 2:30am , Got 1 Chocolate Shake which is always really good and all we order from them(Never Have Cared For The Food Unless It's A Grilled Cheese) Literally This Only Happens When The Bald Headed Manager is Here , Literally Tells Me 1 Minute I which Always Turns Into 5-6 Mins , Only Has 1 Car In Drive Thru Ahead Of Me , I'm The 2nd Car , There's No DoorDashers There. As I Am One So I Know What I'm Looking For and Was Just In Line For 10 Mins For A Chocolate Shake If It's The Younger Guy With Short Black Hair , Chubby I Wouldve Been In And Out Within 3 Mins , Bald Headed Guy should be put back on the grill as he also doesn't know how to talk to people And shouldn't have any part of his job that involves with the general public That's Just 1 Part Of Review.
2nd Part Of Review Had A DoorDash Order Around 12:30am Sat. A.m Bald Headed Guy Told Me 1 Minute He's Really Slammed Only Was 2 Cars In Drive Thru And 1 Other DoorDasher Besides Me , You Have To Ring A DoorBell And Cant Come Into The Lobby Or Go Thru The Drive Thru For DoorDash Orders Which I Have No Clue Why We Can't Go Thru Drive Thru As I Believe Would Be Faster For All Involved But Waited For My DoorDash Order As Usual When He's There For Over 25 Mins , Doesn't even ask me for the name im there for , for 15 Mins Which Is Crazy To Me and I'm Always Late Because Of This To The Customer Which He Should Be The One Penalized Not Me. That Short Black Hair Guy Though When He's In There Literally Will Already Have My DoorDash Order Waiting and Ready For Me To Pickup And Things Go Smoother With Him Running the Show also He Usually Only Has Like Him , A Cook And 1 Other Worker , The Bald Headed Guy Usually Has Him , And 3 Other Workers and Always Seems Overwhelmed I Believe A Change Is Needed and Soon And Once That Happens I Believe Things Will Be Alot Smoother and People Will Start Ordering From Here Again I Believe After Dealing With Him Alot Of People Won't Be Back I Only Do Because It Has The Biggest Cheapest Shakes In All Of Town and Also DoorDash Forces Me To Come Here Lol So Yeah I Hope Something Comes Of This Because I Do Want to See All The Restaurants Succeed and Sometimes an Outside Perspective Is Nice and Hopefully Will Take This Into...

We were met by Shari who was polite and had good customer service skills, we then pull up to the window to pay and to get our food.    Read moreHonestly, I felt that this company need to fired this employee working named Kao, four times that I have been through drive through she's so rude and miserable and she mixed up my order twice , once I had to go in so she can fixed my order she knows she mixed up. This last time I went during breakfast drive thru and ordered my food and paid... Then I asked her can I get a LG cup of ice please... She said we have to charge you for the cup and I told her yes that's fine with that...she hand me the cup of ice and charged me $3.21... I was in stock and I asked her its that much for a large cup of ice... She said yes it's promo price...i paid for it and she gives me my change and the receipt. As I drove off I stop and look at the receipt it's show that she charges me for 1 LG Promo flavors drink. I'm so done with this company especially with her working there.....I have spent so much money on order there the first time I encountered with her cost me $83+ on fast food I was mind blown, til I looked at the receipt she charged me individually items instead of charging me as a meal combo that I ordered...when I asked her wow that's pricey for all this ...she looks at me and gives me a looks like what you think đ¤...I was unhappy multiple times. And I keep on forgetting about my experience with her...smh so yeah I don't think I will ever go to Jack in the box anymore or anywhere... I'm done with this food chains and their franchisee so unpredictable with their prices and unprofessional with bad customers service skills...
