While traveling from southern Cali to Oregon I stopped by this Burlington to return some shorts that didn’t end up fitting my boyfriend that we had bought on our trip and was going to get him a hat instead , so after checking out the hats they have I went out to the car to check if any of them was something he wanted & then went back in to buy it & from the get the loss prevention lady was extremely rude & profiled me because of my tattoos & when I came back in to buy the hat she stopped me & asked why I keep leaving & coming back & I told her why & she said “I’ll be checking you before you leave to make sure your doing the right thing & yeah I’m watching you” I offered for her to walk with me if she wanted & after I checked out she stopped me again & said Not to come back again tonight that I was done & they would call the cops on me if I come back in again ….. I’m a working, respectful, honest person & I don’t need to steal & I definitely don’t need someone treating or accusing me of it. I’ve never been disrespected or treated so rudely at any other Burlington’s anywhere else. She was completely out of line & so extremely rude & I will not ever be back to this Burlington & I don’t recommend anybody go here either . If she was so easily to judge & treat me this way she most likely does it to a lot of others too & shouldn’t be working at any place that she has the authority to chose who gets to come in & who doesn’t. I STRONGLY recommend they get new loss prevention because she is going to cost them a lot...

I had a friend he was inside the store Saturday just looking for a few things he didn't see anything he wanted so he decided to purchase a phone charger since he was inside the store one employee passed him then officer approached him asked him to leave stating the Burlington team said he looks like the African American guy that comes into that Burlington to steal my friend a otr truck driver he was delivering a truck to Redding California I told him Monday we're going to contact an attorney because we're not going to let this get sweep under the rug. A little over 40 minutes had passed while choosing various types of clothing when natured called and I was in need of using the restroom to do #1. To my surprise this place DID NOT let me use the restroom facilities. The explanations from the manager and cashier where very bogus and they did not have a clear explanation & answer as to why the restroom facilities were being banned from customer use. I left my cart full of clothes and told them they had just lost an old time customer. I immediately went next door to the Ross Dress for Less store to do #1 and did my shopping there. Thanks Ross you saved the day.
