I ordered a steak burrito and when I ate it I found that it was only steak and pico wrapped in a tortilla. No beans no rice no guacamole no cheese. I only ate a couple bites. After my third bite I was hoping my next one would have something else in it besides just meat and tomatoes. Also I was extremely drunk and high! Usually for me that means some lawn trimmings with ketchup taste like a five-star meal. But I’m sorry this burrito (if you can call it that) was constructed with an absurd amount of laziness and tasted like a oily tortilla filled with rubbery meat and old tomatoes
Would I go back though??? Probably ya because it was 12:00am and it was the only place close to us that was open and I’m more than likely going to find myself in that situation again.
And no it wasn’t your “other” location it was this one dogg. I recognize the pictures
all of the burritos are the same up there in Redding. Everything north of Lake County California shouldn’t even be allowed to be called Mexican food it’s just grilled meat and rice. The Mexican food in Sonoma County California will blow your mind. Update (1/23) Hello, no it was not your other location it was this one. I don’t care if you say you close at 10. It was this location there’s other reviews on this page that match up with what I’m saying it was...
Read moreI have been trying to get ahold of the manager for the Lake Blvd location since 12/2/22. I spent $60 on four burritos and our food was inedible. I had called in the order, they only started preparing the food after I paid and I sat and waited while it was cooked and then went straight home to eat. The burritos were so soupy they leaked all over the front seat of my car (and it was the surf & turf) I only live 5 minutes from the store so the food wasn't in my seat any longer than 7 minutes. My family was hungry and ready to eat but the tortillas were too soggy to hold anything in and they fell apart and tasted disgusting like uncooked shrimp. My family didn't eat dinner that night, each burrito had 2 or less bites taken out and I called right away to ask for this to be reconciled and had my info taken but didn't hear back from anyone. I called again the following day, and again and now they won't answer the phone when I call. I was hoping to get ahold of the manager, we have 4 kids and money is tight. It hurt us to waste $60 so close to Christmas. I have been a loyal customer of Ralibertos for years. It's sad how much you have to lower expectations when it comes to customer service. We will never...
Read moreI had eaten here before and it was OK. My last visit a few days ago, though, was a complete disaster. I took my order home and discovered that my beans and rice were missing. I called to inform them, and they insisted I had ordered (a la carte). I drove back to the restaurant with my receipt and showed them on the menu that I had ordered a combo plate and my receipt showed that I had paid for a combo. Not only that, but when I ordered I asked if the beans were black or pinto. That should have been an indication that I was expecting beans. After proving that I had not only "ordered" but "paid" for the combo, he started trying to find a way to excuse his error. I was beginning to get angry at this point. I told him to stop making excuses, admit his error, say he was sorry and move on. He reluctantly apologized. At that point I decided not to return. Back at home when eating my chicken burrito, it was all dark meat (cheaper than white or mixed) which would have been fine but to make it worse, it was full of gristle. The beans were excellent and the only good part about my meal, but not good enough to bring me back. So, if you order take out, make sure you get what you ordered/paid for...
