Beyond upset with this location! I was picking up something to eat with my mother and nephews so we could go enjoy the weather and eat at the park after it’s been rainy, while on the way to Taco Bell I was talking to her about how this Taco Bell is the best location in town in my opinion and how every time my significant other and I go they never get our order wrong and I have never had a problem at this location. I spoke too soon. We ordered 2 Classic Luxe boxes, one with Dr. Pepper and the other with a Baja Blast. We get to the window and are handed two Dr. Pepper’s and a Small size frozen Baja Blast that was completely watery, so forget the frozen part. I tell the male working the window that we didn’t order a Baja Blast freeze and that it was supposed to be one Dr. Pepper and one Baja Blast soda that was ordered with the boxes. He then proceeded to refund the card for the small watery freeze and apologized, which I appreciate, and then handed the card back and went back to making the drink for the next car. When he came back to the window and saw that we were still there he said “Was there anything else?” and I then said “Yes. This -while holding up one of the Dr. Pepper’s- is supposed to be a Baja Blast soda” the man then said “I can’t take that back there’s nothing I can do for you. you can’t talk to me that way, you need to leave” and then slammed the window in my face. I’m 19 years old, I wasn’t yelling nor did I have an attitude, my 1 and 2 year old nephews and my mother are in the car. I’m no Karen, i’m not one to go online and make complaints nor usually am I one to speak up about things…i don’t even speak up at the nail salon, but the customer service of that man had my jaw on the floor. Shame on you for talking to me that way and shame on you for the way you acted, it was a simple fix and even I know that because i’ve worked in the fast food industry. Read moreWe noticed some challenges with staffing and supplies and drive up service has been very slow, but they make it up with their excellent power bowl options, particularly the chicken power bowl that I think is the best fast food option available. The bowls include lettuce, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and a generous amount of chicken, and I think chopped tomato and maybe cheese, if I remember correctly. The point is the bowls are a satisfying well balanced meal. I'm looking forward to the return of the pizza which is a favorite. Taco Bell, always reliable and a good value for the price. We understand that fast food has suffered due to employee shortages so we take that into account. I'm holding back on the fifth star because I do not care for their drink selection. I prefer coke products and some sugar free drink options would be great. Update, December 1, 2024 Food was fairly consistent with the exception of the paper used to wrap tortillas, the paper is so thin that it sticks to the tortilla and nearly impossible to pull it off taking some of the tortilla with it. Most of all we are thoroughly disgusted with the environment inside where it was 'freezing cold.' I mean for December it was colder inside Taco Bell than it was outside. It seemed as though the air conditioner was full on. It was so cold it was impossible to sit inside to eat. One of the employees offered to turn up the heat but he said the thermostat was locked up. Read moreOrdered through doordash 10-8-22 6:56am. Order #905121. Spent 60 with doordash to feed everyone. Doordash delivered and we were missing 2 hashbrowns and the 12 Cinnabon delights. Called store, guy answers and says yes they missed the 2 hasbrowns but swears that the Cinnabon delights were in a separate bag and given to doordash and that I would have to contact doordash. I tell him that's fine, but can I send someone to get the 2 hashbrowns and he says yes, perfect! I send my son, who is also going to buy another thing of Cinnabon delights since we are still missing that item. He gets to the speaker at the dt, and the woman on the headset is so nasty and mean to him. Then when he gets to the window, she asks him for the bag of food???? Excuse me, I called and the guy said they forgot the hashbrowns and to just come in????? Why would I bring everything else, unless you are going to remake a $60 order! Unfortunately it was just my son in the car. She slams the window then rudely shoves the remake bag at him (we did pay for the Cinnabon we did not get from doordash) and tells him next time to bring everything back. This is a bigger heavy set woman maybe in her 30s working the dt at 7:30 in the morning on 10-8-22. Her ugliness is uncalled for especially since it was your mistake while we are back. But never will make that mistake again, and no one else should go there either. If they have nasty people like that dealing with the public then what other bad stuff is...
