This place is disgusting many people gotten sick here. I’ve watched people go into the men’s room and don’t wash their hands. I will never forget the man blowing his snotty nose then walking out the door then when I came out after washing my hands he was touching food handles getting food! It was a gross experience. I just walked out! Then later finding out my Mom who actually is a clean person who brings two small service dogs in too eat all the time and the workers and owners know this all of a sudden allowed too people whom was acting like a couple of Karen’s ,create a false issue claiming my Mom touches her dogs and then goes and gets food. When my mother has been a customer of several years and they know she would never do this. She always freshly washes her hands. One of the workers stood up for her but the owner decided to believe there lies. My mother even tried the idea of take out and they refused her even that! They lost a customer. They lost me already but after hearing this I’m not going to miss them! There’s no way for them to know who is washing there hands and not washing there hands. Plus they have constantly been acting bad with other customers and I’ve had many experiences. From 1. You can only choose one choice of soda you cannot flip from coke to Dr Pepper When I chose take out it’s not really take out by the pound if you only get teriyaki chicken then she wants to charge you the teriyaki chicken price. So the only way to pass this is to add other choices with it. When you just want few sticks for protein. 3. I loved their fried fish and cocktail sauce until I discovered cocktail sauce started tasting more like horseradish and off! I’ve gone in few more times to see mustard and other sauces in it. I believe they just stir it in and expect people to eat it. Buffets are gross if people have no idea how to wash there hands be clean for public food safety. I’ve had them laugh at me when asking questions to their restaurant it’s just bad! I wish nothing better than to see the doors of this business close for good! Be careful because sometimes the food does make a person sick no idea what is causing that ? So if you eat there eat at...
Read moreMy wife worked at the 99cent store for a while across the way which sells produce. Every morning the people from GRAND BUFFET come over and buy up most of the produce daily. That same produce is grown mostly in China which uses human feces as fertilizer. Not to mention it's also the worst GMO crap available. So Schilling out pennies on the dollar for fecal GMO's and dishing it out to the public is pretty disgusting don't you think??? It's legal... They pass food inspections the temperature and preparation is up to code. But when you go in there and sit down look around you...are any Chinese people eating there? The answer is NO. They know better... Also the cookies used in their brownish banana pudding slop they serve to the masses are the same DRAGON brand almond cookies sold @ the 99cent store in the little pink boxes. This outrages me, I feel taken advantage of especially after paying sky high dinner prices @ $15 per person a number of times. I feel as if the workers there smile inside knowing naive patrons are shoveling this garbage down their pieholes in herds. Avoid this if you care about your family's health. There are better Chinese restaurants than this one. I hope I reach at least one person with my review here. Really, really gross to think about the quality of...
Read moreupdated review upon receiving bill hostess had charged me for a 9 yr old at 1.25$ per year, (per advertised price, however did NOT ASK FOR PROOF) , a senior meal, (per advertised price I am 7 years from senior pricing and did NOT ASK FOR PROOF) and two adult meals!! SO, IF YOU WANT DISCOUNTS YOU WILL GET THEM WITHOUT PROOF, OR EVEN BEING ASKED, BUT YOU WON’T GET CHILDS ADVERTISED FREE DINNER WITH PURCHASE WITHOUT PROOF OF DATE OF BIRTH!** Took my nephews friend here for her birthday (12yr) as their advertising advises “free dinner” for birthday person with purchase of adult dinner. I was paying for 2 adults additionally and a 9yr old. The hostess wanted to charge us for 4 adults when my nephew chimed in and advised her we are not 4 adults, so proud of him!!! Long story longer, she (blond mid age hostess) decides to (at near end of transaction) ask for proof of childs birthday! As if we carry her birth certificate around!! Soooooo NOT IMPRESSED! Lesson to this story if your kid LOVES this place, try another Chinese food restaurant, where it will be made fresh and hot when you order or if you HAVE TO COME HERE AND WANT YOUR KIDS BDAY DINNER FREE, get them an photo Identification hahahaha. I say save the hassle and tell them they can have Dutch bros or...
