We have been ordering jets for quite sometime but we know after a certain time they wont deliver so we always order accordingly. Tonight we call to make our usual order and we get labeled as. Only can walk in. The lady on the phone after calling 2 times states someone put in the system that we didn't pay for our food. Mind you we have a ring camera and clearly my husband was on the porch both times when the man delivered our meal and it's clearly on our camera see the money exchanged. She was very impatient saying she's the manager and I would have to call back to speak to the supervisor. I definitely will be calling. Whoever put that on our account is a bold face lie and now I see why ppl don't want to pay in cash yall should start having them write out a recipt using those diner pads to avoid things like this or don't accept cash because this is ridiculous. I'm currently going through our cameras now to have both times he delivered and money was given on stand by.

Update: 12/31/2024: Crazy day and decided since the last Update I WAS GOING...to order for the family as we had prior. I didn't expect no issues since it was resolved Right!!! WRONG!! I called husband was hungry fresh off work and we all wanted to just chill for the evening. I call and again no issues soon as they asked for our address ( red flag#1) being that we ordered before our info should be in the system but I gave it to them without no question. 2 got put on a good minute hold( red flag #2). After putting in our address they going to say they don't deliver to our home.....THEY GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I patiently explained that this isn't our first time ordering and this location openly said they deliver to our address. Now all of a sudden it's up to the discretion of the driver(end quote)! NOW ITS SEEMS THAT THE LAST TIME THE DRIVER DELIVERED OUR FOOD HE LIED SAYING WE DIDNT PAY...JUST BECAUSE HE DONT LIKE THE AREA. MIND YOU DETROIT GOT SOME ROUGH PLACES AND WHERE WE ARE AT IS DAMN NEAR CLASSY COMPARED TO OTHERS. BUT JUST BC ITS DETROIT SMH. My husband was so fed up he was like we don't have to explain anything but just to hang up, saying it's always something with them, and I courtesly said have a good evening and politely hung up. Businesses like this shows their colors and think they can treat their customers anyway, not keeping in mind our money keeps them in business. They definitely lost a customer. BOYCOTTING ALL JETS PIZZA. I'm so grateful I just learned how to make sourdough discard pizza right after our last incident and real talk with less than a 15min recipe my homemade one taste way better!!!. Called at 6:30 and placed the order said the price was 42 dollars it would be 45 minutes to an hour for delivery which was no big deal considering my family wasn't arriving for another hour or so.. 7:45 rolls around no pizza. Called to see what was going on with my order and how much longer it was going to be. The lady who answered the phone asked for my name and said they had no order for me. So I gave her my number to look it up.. still nothing then I told her my order and she said the delivery driver showed up but no answer and tried to call and was told it was the wrong number. She repeated my address and phone number back which were both wrong. She apologize and said the delivery guy was there she would have him right over with our order.. an hour later still no pizza. So I call back spoke with someone else she put the manager on the phone. He tried to tell me my order was never sent to be made it was saved in the computer. I then asked how that was possible when I called the first time and was told that my address and phone number was entered into the system wrong and someone had already tried to deliver it. He then said it was put in to be remade but never sent and that they would give me a $3 dollar off on my next order. that my total was 49 dollars and that my order was leaving the store now. At this point I'm beyond frustrated and told the manager I no longer wanted the pizza. Now it's 9:30 and we are gathering an order around for a fast food run. My husband goes to get food and the delivery driver shows up with pizza. I tell him we no longer want the pizza that I told the manager this while I was still on the phone and it was ordered over 3 hours ago. He refuses to leave my porch telling me we wasted their time and they already tossed out at 55 dollar order and I was paying for this since I ordered it. He then tells me if I don't pay for this he's going to call the police. Not wanting to make an already bigger scene I went ahead and paid for the pizza which I was charged $50 dollars for to get the guy off my porch. Doesn’t care about amending customer issues, employees give false information as far as delivery times and there’s little to no communication. During the holiday season, things are busy, I used to work at a Jets myself when I was younger, my manager went above and beyond to help customers. Ordered from another jets, they have great communication between employees and drivers! Ordered from Jets in Wayne, MI the employee contacted the driver, gave me an exact delivery time, and was able to give me updates about the status of my order. This jets, the manager is RUDE, UNHELPFUL, LAZY, threatened to cancel my order because I asked to move my delivery address up 900 ft when the order still had a 30 minutes delivery time awaiting it. The order had surpassed the 1 Hour delivery window I was told by the employee over the phone. Will NEVER order again and the manager refused to even give out his name, that’s how insecure he was about how he was acting. The manager went as far as accusing me of fraud because I asked to move the delivery location when the order hadn’t even been delivered yet! Once again, the moved location was 900ft from where I had originally ordered because we had moved to a friends house and they had surpassed the expected delivery time. Manager acted as if it was impossible for him to call his driver and ask him to input a new location (which I know is possible because once again, I worked at jets as a teenager and our manager had great contact and communication with our drivers and were first and foremost ACCOMMODATING). SERVICE IS EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. Employees don’t care, but very disappointed to see a manager act like this, will be coming in person to get the manager's name and also filing with Better Business Bureau.
