If you're from this area then you already know Starbucks are not as plentiful in this area as they are in some other places—and this means one thing, which is that it is almost always super busy. I've only ever been through the drive thru of this location so I cannot speak on the condition, cleanliness, or efficiency of anything happening inside. Though this location is almost brand new still, so I would imagine that the inside also reflects the fact that it is brand new, much like the outside still does. You'll find that the parking lot here isn't the largest, but seeing as most people are using drive thru these days anyhow, you most likely won't have any issues finding parking if you need to.
With that being said, I've been to this location several times and there is always a pretty lengthy line for the drive thru—so much so that they have the main entrance off of Telegraph blocked off so cars have to use the side street to line up and wait to get through the drive thru. However, this location does seem to move through the line you're waiting in more quickly than the next closest location, so if I remember I try to visit this one instead of the other one—especially if I am pinched for time.
Beyond that, the employees here are very friendly and efficient. Once you do make it up to the area where you place your order you can expect to receive both fast and friendly service. I've never received an incorrect item, and my order has always been spot on (and hot or cold depending on what I have ordered).
If you have the time to wait (though you can run inside real quick if you wanted to), then I would say this is your best bet for decent quality big box coffee...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer for years. Recently at this particular location I’ve encountered several occurrences when my coffee order was either all the way messed up or it was cold . This went on for about 2-3 months and I frequent this business daily. One day last week I went in ,The baristas handed me a card for the district manager. Ms. Stanford (District Mgr) then offered me a $25. Gift card to NOT come back to the establishment due to me being a difficult customer. I am extremely embarrassed but at that time I was clearly bewildered. Up until the card was given to me staff were still friendly ,joking , and cordial. This is when I jokingly asked the barista if they could NOT mess my order up and that’s when I was supposedly banned . I emphasize supposedly due to the D.M attempting to pay me to not return. I feel like the staff at this location needs some extra training in customer care .They’re very unprofessional, they lack the quality that the Starbucks name was built on and the new location that I've been patronizing is so Awesome ! My orders are always on point the customer service is excellent and the staff are welcoming , accommodating and highly professional. This location should take some notes and learn from the...
Read moreWas rude to my husband while he waited 30 minutes outside to pick up our mobile order which should have been done in less than 10 minutes. Then when the been worker finally brought out the drinks, my husband tried to open the door for the employee since his hands were full and the employee responds by jumping back inside and slamming the door in his face. I understand he might be worried about covid 19 but my husband and the employee were both in masks and gloves and he was opening the door so that the employee could place the drinks on the table. Even so, it's not a great customer service response to look at someone as if they're dirty. On top of all this my whole order was wrong and I waited 30 minutes for it and they weren't willing to talk to us to fix it. I could've saved my time and money and went to dunkin across the street. Thankfully, I called corporate and at least received my refund for my order and the corporate lady on the phone had much more redeeming qualities than this starbucks here. I recommend going to any other starbucks, I went to the one on eureka and pardee yesterday which had much better service despite how...
