Papa's Pizza — Restaurant in Redford Township

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I placed an order and the person taking my order was apparently not listening because he repeated my order back with the entirely incorrect pizza...I understand mistakes happen so I simply corrected him and awaited my order. 2. The delivery guy came with only a pizza box, which I knew then my order was wrong bc the box was rectangle and I offered round..still not trying to b&$@h about anything, I decided I’d keep the square crust and just await the other part of my order. He said he’d be back. Upon opening the pizza, the chicken was over cooked and burnt! I pulled it off to see if I could bite into the chicken and I COULD NOT! Called back was transferred to a manager and long story short I asked him if he could do anything for the inconvenience and he was immediately rude, and was unwilling to provide anything fair for the inconvenience. I NEVER asked for any financial resolution, just something extra for the issues that had occurred. He was totally unconcerned with his customer today and I will NOT patronize ANY papas location...

I recently made a purchase at this location for a turkey club calzone which I didn't eat that day. To my surprise when I took it to work two days later for lunch I was totally disappointed that I had paid 8.99 for a calzone that only had one slice of turkey and one slice of ham on it. So I called the location and ask how much meat come on a turkey club and the employee said three slices of both turkey and ham plus bacon. I told him what had happen and his reply was I don't know what happen Saturday but we put three slices of each on our turkey club calzone, there was no I'm sorry or can you bring it back and we will replace it or give your money back. So if you decide to purchases anything from this location fair WARNING!!! please check your food before you leave the store because once they have your money you no longer matter and if you have any problems with the purchase is not...

I called my order in for delivery..the service over the phone was nice n pleasant and my food was good. but the delivery guy came to my house blowing his horn before he even got to my porch..never once rang my doorbell but proceeded to bang on my door like the police and ring my doorbell constantly before I got a chance to get to the door..he didn't have any change and had to go to the store for change..when i called the resturant to see was he coming back with my change he then pulled back up and stated "u think I was going to loose my job over these couple of dollars"..overall this will be the first n last time I order from here just based off the delivery..if u choose to go to this resturant I advise you to go to the resturant and order DON'T...
