Urban Grill — Restaurant in Detroit

I ordered last night from the site and when I arrived they had no clue I made an order, maybe there was something going wrong with their system at the tim, but to their credit they still made my order after I showed them confirmation email. The staff was very respectful. My issue lies with what I ordered. I ordered the lobster fries and cajun chicken alfredo. The fries should be called slightly loaded fries lightly peppered with strings of lobster. I didnt get much of any lobster on the lobster fries and it was really loaded with other things either most of the fries were actually dry. The Alfredo has potential I asked for chicken in my alfredo and there were a few chunks of chicken but it seemed like a very light portion of protein and it could have used more seasoning and more cajun spice, it was rather bland but buttery/oily. If I could post a zero I would for the terrible excuse for a pizza I just received. They need they whole store taken. What is so hard about putting a decent amount of sauce and cheese on a flatbread? Instead you took a lunch able and blew up about 50%. Get a better manager who can deal with an angry customer who jut wasted their time and money. It's not completely about the effort, time, or money spent here, it's about how you handled the call. Who is the owner? I hope to hear from THEM. DoorDash Order* I ordered the Quesadilla and Wings Combo with Cajun Honey flavor, and it was great. Quesadillas are one of my favorite foods, and I have tried a lot of different restaurants. But I must say Urban Grill Quesadillas are so good and very flavorful! I will definitely be ordering more. The Cajun Honey wings were good as well and grilled just right.
