If I could give them a negative value, I would. First, I ordered online for a pick-up. The food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but I got there in 30 minutes. My food was not ready. I could not get any help picking up my order for 10 minutes or more. The cashier finally asked me for a number. She kept saying, "What is your number?" I asked her, "What number?" "I ordered my food online for a pick-up. " She asked me if I was Doordash. I told her, "No." I asked her again, "What number?" This time she said, "The last 4 digits of your phone number." This lady did not use complete sentences. My order still was not ready. An hour went past and I finally got my food. She could not remember my drink, I told her several times. When I got home, it was the wrong order. When I called the restaurant, that same waitress told me the online menu I ordered from is wrong. Read moreThe food is great but attitude of some cashier's on the 2nd shift (nights) are QUITE offensive. Food at the 7 / Tele location is good. As a whole their menu needs some diversitivity. They need better combination meal deals to compete with other chicken & fish fry restaurants. Perhaps they really should take some post to heart and come up with some new marketing strategies on menu diversification. Also NU WAVE NEEDS SOME NEW EMPLOYEES TO HELP OUT WHEN THEY'RE BUSY. My food has waited on the shelf at least a half hour to an hour every time after it's been paid for at the higher online rates because they think they shouldn't take the time to bring it outside to me about 20 feet away when they have other customers at their counter which always seems to be the case. Following this reasoning I'd be lucky to get my order at closing if I didn't call & complain about it.
