(MOLDY TAMALES!!!!)** Preordered 7 dozen tamales for Christmas Day. I picked them up Christmas Eve @ 3:30.Christmas Day as I served my guest I noticed my pork tamales were green -grey toward the bottom... I started taking more out the bag... they were all bad green spots every where. 4 people that I know of were sick from the tamales that were already eaten. I called the place they told me that the tamales were not fresh... they had been defrosted ... (were sold as fresh) I took some of the tamales back and was assisted by Bertha and Maria,

Bertha tried to start off by saying they hadn't made the tamales ... Maria just was yelling at the top of her lungs saying that never had she had that happen...

They didn't want to take accountability for the bad food. Gave back money for 18 of the tamales I took back. Mind you I purchased 84!

When I asked for her name before I left she followed me out and asked what did I need it for ? I told her why? She then followed to call me...

hi, I went yesterday to get 2 dozens of tamales and they were not cooked good at all and they had no beef in them.My wife went back today to ask to have them re made and they were very rude. The lady opened and touched all the tamales my wife brought and told her to go home and cook them herself, even after touching them with her bare hands. The lady finally said she would give her only 13 tamales (we purchased 24) and when she gave them to my wife, she took out another tamale, leaving her with only 12. They do not take accountability and have bad customer...

Horrible customer service! Called in to find out their business hours and the guy that picked up was absolutely horrible! Couldn't understand him when he answered the phone, so I tried to confirm with him that I called the correct place. He had a bad attitude and replied, " isn't that what you dialed?" When I asked him his name he yelled at me and told me that I didn't need to know it! Super rude ! He needs to be fired! Totally sucks too because the food is good, but they've lost my business as long...
