Blackstone Pizza and Salad — Restaurant in Redmond

I went there excited to try their pizza. Keep in mind im HUNGRY! The food truck was “open” but nobody was there. I rang the bell several times (No response), then I told the bartender Im waiting for them. Bartender says “oh she’s in here talking to a table... blah blah blah”. No big deal, she’ll be out soon and I got a beer to hold me over.

20 minutes later! She comes out with 3 girls and lets them order before me! So I patiently wait for them to order and when they’re done I try to give my order...she tells me to wait! She ignores me and finishes making their pizza. I stand back and wait for her to finish. Im hungry, I want my pizza. At the same time another man walks up, she takes his order. Im in the background like what!?!? (Keep in mind I’m standing in 30 degree weather away from the fire and heaters.) I walked away and enjoyed a beer and pizza elsewhere.

Decided to randomly try this place. The lady who helped us was very kind, quick, and helpful. The atmosphere is family friendly but is also somewhat of a bar scene. Lots of tvs to watch football which is awesome. The food was presented well. The mozzarella sticks were greasy but not bad. We liked it more than the pizza. The pizza crust was a little burnt but not terrible. The taste is what we hated. We couldn't stomach eating our pizza. It had way too much garlic and tasted frozen. My wife and I left there hungry unfortunately because we tossed the pizza but ate out mozzarella sticks. Food is decent (thus two stars), but can be slow both in taking an order, and especially having the food ready. The real problem here is the owner. Her customer service skills need work. When there's a problem she's unapologetic, combative, and then makes plenty of excuses. While she will probably dismiss this as a one-off opinion, have a look at the responses to the other reviews that gives her honest feedback.

To the owner: I've been a customer of yours a number times at the (three?) tap houses you've been at, but never again. You seem put out that you have a customer, and you can be flat out rude if somebody dares to check on their order when it's...
