I am conflicted, I have two experiences with this place within days.
I had a friend bring me a piece of pizza from Jersey Boy, I warmed it up in the toaster oven at work on break. It was so delicious!
The same friend invited me to Jersey Boys for pizza, I arrived around 2:50. I found a table that sat down the waitress with short brown hair she had eye contact with me even after I went to the bar and spoke with her. Yet she never, never approached my table, the table next to me, the table behind with two guests, yet she just didn't ask me. I finally got up, went to the bar, and asked for advice about something to drink she made some suggestions. I thought, okay, this might be a friendly place after all, nope! I got my drink then I had to ask for a menu then I had to approach her for her to place an order for me, she didn't share that I could order a slice of pizza versus a whole pizza, that's okay I took it to work the next day and shared it with others.
The person who invited me never showed up, so I asked if I could have my pizza to go she said yes, she soon returned withy pizza and when she brought it to me, it was like the pizza wasn't even fully cooked.
It was a weird experience for me. That being said, I liked the first pizza better, but the second pizza was good after I placed it in a toaster oven to be finished cooking.
The pizza size is definitely worth the value. The crust is amazing.
I shouldn't given the 20% tip to the waitress I would of given less, the kitchen should be allowed a tip jar, because the food is good.
I will order takeout, but I have no desire to dine...
Read moreI recently dined at Jersey Boys Pizzeria in Redmond, and it was an excellent experience. The East Coast-style pizza here is outstanding, with a perfectly thin and crispy crust, and generous toppings that make every bite delightful. We tried the Wise Guy pizza and were blown away by the rich flavors and quality ingredients.
The restaurant has a cozy and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal or a night out with friends. There are plenty of seating options and numerous TVs for sports enthusiasts. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch service throughout our visit.
The bar offers a great selection of local beers, including a unique small beer at 3%, and they allow you to order half-sized beers at half the price, which is a fun option.
Overall, Jersey Boys Pizzeria is a must-visit spot in Central Oregon. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is definitely worth a stop for some fantastic pizza and...

The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean (to include the restrooms).
I really wanted to like this place more, but the pizza just wasn't that great. I ordered individual slices, which I appreciate being able to do. They follow the model of having multiple pies made and reheating the slides you order, but instead of leaving the pies mostly cooked until you order the slice, they have them fully cooked. So when they reheat the slice, it ends up overcooked. The toppings were dried out and the crust, rather than being crispy, was just overly crunchy.
All that being said, I'd like to try this place again next time I'm back in Redmond and try ordering a whole pie or something else off the menu to see if the food's better when you're not ordering...
