Mercurys Coffee Co. - Pure — Restaurant in Redmond

Getting there headed east is a hassle. We had to take an extra long way to get back. There are only four reversed parking spots, but you can park in the crowded visitor spots (1 hr limit).

We had an iced caramel silk and an iced caramel macchiato. They were not labeled, and to be honest they tasted pretty similar so it was hard to distinguish which one was which. We also had a pumpkin cheesecake and creme brulee fruit tart. Pumpkin cheesecake tasted like regular pumpkin pie with cheesecake frosting. The tart has a hard crust but it's pretty good otherwise. However, neither is really worth $9 a piece to me.

Inside seating is very limited, which makes it a little awkward when waiting for an order. This would be better if you could order online. We tried and caviar would not place the order even though they were open. Otherwise, there is quite a bit of seating outside which is nice.

Overall it was okay. Service from the members was good, but slow. I did like it, but not...

Lock and load coffee! After a recent first time mercury visit, I'm first time hooked and now an official fanboy! I legit walked 25 mins with my suitcase before my flight to grab a Joe from here, it's that rad. The insanely yummy scent of bold espresso when you walk in is utterly phenomenal. This location is awesome and is open early to grab a cup of joe for the start of the morning grind! Mercury's also has a killer rewards system which is dope and saves you a bang for your buck! I managed to get a free 10 dollars worth of points, yummy organic coffee at no cost, what's more to love? Holy smoke too, checkout the hella size of that cinnamon roll, next level dough'pe!!! I usually go to the location on Redmond way, but I realized this location was on my way hone from running errands so I spot by. First of all, I love that they had Mexican drinks like the Mexican Spice. I usually buy my Mezican coffee when I'm in Beacon Hill, so it definitely made my day to see it on the menu. 2nd. It was one of the cleanest coffee shops I've been to and I also liked that the music wasnt too loud. 3rd. The employees were all very kind and friendly. I had a great conversation with the woman who was working about the store and how much we both love Mexican hot chocolate. She thanked me at least twice for coming in before I left.
