Absolutely horrible, horrible place. I will NEVER shop there again. I will be sure to recommend the bend store because they were much more professional and nice. To make a long story short, I bought a bunch of furniture from the Redmond store, originally was told that I could take two pieces home, as well as an end table. As we are loading up the furniture Cory came out and stated that he did not feel comfortable taking the end table that he already told me I could have, off of the floor. He then stated that I would have to wait for my end table and love seat to be delivered on Tuesday. Mind you this was on Friday. And that I could come pick it up anytime after Tuesday, which the following Friday is the only day I have off work, Friday comes around and I get a call that my furniture will not be in the store until Friday afternoon, and that they would call when the furniture arrived. Had some errands to run in bend then Redmond so about 11am went to Redmond then bend, diddled around and come 3:30 still no call, so I decided to go to the Redmond store, when I got there I was told that the furniture HAD NOT EVEN BEEN LOADED IN THE TRUCK IN BEND and they had no ETA on when the furniture would arrive in Redmond. I was furious, I had been lied two multiple times. They then told me I could drive to bend to get the furniture, so I drove back to bend to find out that I was getting furniture from off of the floor!? I was just told they could not give me furniture from off the floor. With all of this, the salesman we dealt with, whose name is Cory, was HORRIBLY unprofessional, very rude and quite egotistical. Read moreLet me first say…. My original experience at Great American Furniture in BEND was nothing short of disastrous! Dustin from the Bend location had a miscommunication with one of their Sectional models. It was not available in the warehouse and the floor model was already spoken for. He found us some thing and I told him specifically I did not want a very stiff kind of fabric fast-forward three weeks. The couch comes in, and it is exactly what I did not. He said he would dive right into doing whatever he could to find a couch that we wanted because mind you we had already paid for everything… Never heard a word from them ended up calling in and requesting a refund. Decided to go by the Redmond location, and that is where we finally were heard and found the couch we wanted! Thank you Jack for all of your help and thank you for showing us There are still people out there that care and are willing to take the time to make sure you’re happy!!...

Today we went in and had great customer service with the sales rep, we found a couch we loved and on the tag it said it was available in manual reclining as well. We went home to take measurements for the space it was perfect we called the store and the sales rep called the warehouse. The sales rep called us back to let us know that there was none available. If the couch was unavaible it shouldn’t have said it was in the tag. They told us 10-12 weeks! We were very excited about buying 2 of the couches but not even one available. It was too bad. The prices and products were great it would be better if you could actually buy them.....
