Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Redmond

Just went through here on Sunday June 16th at 3:30 and a heavy set chick and the server were both more interested in talking to there friend for 10 minuets taking a order for a small coffee and took another 10 minuets to make said coffee the batista taking orders didn't take another order even though there were a line of cars starting with us till we pulled up and the server batista just kept her head poked out the window talking to her friend letting the other make the small coffee I've been to several dutch bros this was the most unprofessional experience I've had they even got my order...

I’m not a coffee drinker - I have tried and just don’t like it but I do enjoy a peppermint hot chocolate. TBH I was going to Starbucks for one at 7:01 and all 3 in Redmond were closed, despite google hours saying otherwise so We decided let’s try Dutch brothers. Superior service, great peppermint hot chocolate with whip and peppermint sprinkles..they ce to our window to take the order to have. It ready when we got to the window, super chatty but sincere and gave our dog a treat. Possibly the best “coffee” experience ever - such nice people; I will be back, even if not for coffee!...

I was not having the best of mornings. I ordered two drinks and then I couldn’t find my wallet. I told them I can do a u-turn and go get it. (I have a small car and lots of room so not a issue). They said “no we got this one”. I found my wallet before I got to the window. I offered to pay for my drinks. They wouldn’t let me. They wouldn’t take my card so I could tip them.
