It's a good coffee shop I recently found, so I've been there 3 times a week, but I was so disappointed with the staff's service during my visit today that I won't be visiting again. A female employee spilled hot coffee on my wife's leg while serving her coffee, and when she responded, she just passed by without saying an exact apology, and there was no sincere apology, so I was dissatisfied her attitude and behaviros.
The next time I asked her to be careful, her response was, I know. Not a sincere apology and just left. She had minor burns on legs and due to the employee's dumbfounded attitude, I asked if there was a manager or owner and she said there was not at the first time. However, there was a manager right next to her, and a man called the owner came out. I explained the situation, but the man who was the manager did not try to understand the situation and laughed at me. Even while the owner was talking to me, the manager and staff were giggling and laughing sarcastically behind the scenes. I even felt racial discrimination. Owner, you need to provide proper training to your employees. Without customers, will be closed for good. I will never visit again. Can’t forget how...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at La Terraza for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed by the culinary experience.
The LTR breakfast burrito was exceptionally crafted. Each component—eggs, potatoes, sausage, and cheese—was perfectly balanced in proportion, allowing me to savor the distinct flavors of each ingredient. The burrito itself was generously filled, ensuring a satisfying bite every time.
Accompanying the burrito was a flavorful salsa that enhanced the overall dish. It added a delightful kick that complemented the ingredients beautifully, elevating the entire meal to a new level of enjoyment. Overall, this burrito was nothing short of delectable.
As for the café au lait, it met my expectations without fail. It provided a rich and satisfying coffee experience that paired well with my meal.
I am eagerly anticipating my next visit to this establishment. I highly recommend the LTR breakfast burrito to anyone who is new to La Terraza; you will not be disappointed, and your taste buds will thank you for it. Thank...
Read moreIn Redondo Beach where there are so many fabulous “cafe’s” that serve breakfast and coffee - I recommend La Terrazza if you want THE SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE for breakfast and coffee. If only the owners knew what total A - Holes the manager and more important, the cook (a true rocket scientist he isn’t) how they treat customers- making them feel badly for requesting that a bagel be scooped- shame on you two (Cynthia and Beto) for allowing such staffing to stay at your cafe. And if the folks at La Colombe and former owner Todd Carmichael knew of this they would never sell instant coffee to La Terrazza. The Cook and the manager should be re trained if that’s possible. Either way it was a Mother’s Day this author will never forget. If you make the mistake of going to this food cart of a cafe anyway, do yourself a favor- DO NOT ASK FOR A BAGEL TO BE SCOOPED, it’s not go...
