McDonald's — Restaurant in Redwood Falls

From out of state and go to many McDonald's. This was the worst experience ever. We used our coupon app, but told the girl in drive through that the total she was giving us was not the right price (ours was over $20), she said ok & still applied it to the other persons order (which was only $6). The manager Judy came over and said sorry, she's just training, and theres nothing I can do. We got 3 large fries which were only 1/2 full and cold. When we got our cheeseburgers plain with light mayonnaise, it was so full of was just all over the buns , I cleaned it up for my kids and started eating mine, the mayonnaise was so sour, I went right in and had to have them remake them without mayonnaise! The manager said it was normal for it to taste sour, that their supplier just changed it to make it taste that way.... Had a great experience! Food turned out very hot! Fast service! Thanks to Ava the employee for correcting a problem I had with my order, she seemed shy but very sweet! I think most people need to understand that some younger kids nowadays have more of a hard time with socializing and they don’t mean to come off rude, and it could be there first job too, you never know, so maybe before being so quick to assume something about someone and/or leave a rude review/comment choose to be kind!…Your words DO affect others remember that! Terrible customer service. Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. At the window I asked for a large drink instead of the medium (same price) and the lady told us sorry, they're too busy and we'd have to come inside to do that. I asked for a glass of water and she told us the same thing. Her tone was incredibly rude as well. We're paying customers just like everyone else in the long line and now you want me to go inside and wait in the line there too? I've never been told I can't get a water because it wasn't on my receipt. So rude it's almost humorous....
