Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Reedley

Just cancelled my order after it did not show for 1 hour and 50 minutes after I placed the order over the phone. When I placed my order, I was informed it would be 30 to 35 minutes. When I called them and asked where my pizza was and that I had been waiting almost two hours, this different person miraculously knew exactly which order was mine and told told me the wait was 1.5 hours (just short of two hours and counting, and still don't have the pizza). I told him it was only 30 to 35 mins when I placed the order and he told me that was not true. When I told him it was indeed true that was what I was told, he told me the first individual was mistaken and he would give me a $7 credit towards my next order, and that my pizza would be here in twenty minutes being that the driver was just leaving. So that's twenty minutes past the hour and 50 minutes that's already passed? I told him that was unacceptable. He told me if I didn't like it, to order from a different Domino's next time. I asked if that was his idea of good customer service, and then he said sorry about it. Well I'm sorry it shouldn't be a different Domino's, just never Domino's ever again. I asked him to cancel my order, refunding my card. I have ordered at the same time of day previously and it only took 30 to 45 minutes max every time. I don't appreciate being lied to when you drop the ball, own up to your mistakes instead of insuring no future business from me. I used to manage a Domino's myself in the second busiest location in the state. It never took an hour and 50 minutes for a pizza to roll out of the oven, and we didn't lie to customers. Now I have to wait 2 to 3 days for my refund to hit my bank account. Thank...

Disappointing... I would think people who order dominos are wanting an affordable decent pizza, instead I paid& $50 dollars and$5 tip for delivery!! For a large pizza and Parmesan bites, was supposed to have extra cheese and onions on the combination pizza, and just got a regular combination looking pizza... I ordered this cause I wasn't feeling well enough to make anything or go anywhere to eat, but it was such a rip off and just left me feeling bitter about the price to quality. Delivery driver was nice though and followed instructions and was courteous. But never again ask I wasting my time and money waiting and paying for something I can honestly make a frozen pizza taste better than dominos. Also it took almost an hour to get here!! I live about ten minutes...

First of my some called to ensure we could get delivery service he provided the address and he was told yes delivery could be provided. I then called 1/2 hour later to place my order and was told no due to the address on coming up on computer. So I called in our order of 1 buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, and 2- philly cheese steak sandwiches. I repeated my order several times . When I went to pick up order only 3 sandwiches were made and charged. I had to wait and place another order for the one sandwich that was not taken in first place. And the meat in the philly cheese steak sandwiches was overdone. Thank you perhaps your pizza will be a better choice...
