Got delivery. Margherita pizza with pepperoni and brisket cheesesteak with broccoli rabe and italian cheeses. Pizza was so good- thin bottom with bubbly and slightly charred crust. Floppy tip, slight crisp in the middle, chewy crust. The sandwich came just as described- on a sesame seed crusted italian hard roll that was toasted. Loaded with shredded brisket and broccoli rabe. We got delivery and the sandwich came with the bottom of the wrapper soaked through and the top of the pizza box smushed down. This is my second time ordering takeout from Gio’s and it was better than the first great experience in August 2024. The NY pie is fantastic. Tonight I added pepperoni, mushrooms and onion and everyone was blown away at the taste and quality of the ingredients. Hands down the best NY style pizza at any of the DEEP beaches and probably OCMD too. This pizza is a steal in Rehoboth, or really anywhere. We fed 6 hungry people for $70 with plenty of leftovers. There are not enough reviews of Gio’s online so I needed to throw one up. Very fire, very legit, very groovy, whatever generation you’re from...

Carry out. I went to Gio’s because of the star rating and someone recommended it. Very disappointed. I ordered online thru the site recommended by Gio’s. . Indicated pizza would be ready in 50 minutes. I picked up in 45 minutes and it was barely warm. More cold than warm. Overall quality of ingredients , very poor. Almost zero sauce. Top of pizza appeared to be almost cooked to medium. Doe was cooked to rare. Crust cooked to medium rare. I was starving so I ate a couple pieces. Gave the rest away to a beach person. Next time I will make the extra drive to Lewes. And order...
