I donât leave review often, but this place deserves one. For the past decade, I have been bobaâs #1 hater. If boba had no haters, then Iâd be dead. However, that changed a week ago when I visited Jayâs Bubble Tea and Pinoy Snacks. The boy I babysit had just finished sports practice in Reisterstown and was craving boba. I reluctantly agreed to go (I didnât have much of a choice considering Iâm paid to be his personal chauffeur) and Googled the closest bubble tea store. I wasnât planning on ordering anything, but I knew Iâd get FOMO if I left empty handed. I ended up ordering the peach oolong tea with 50% sweetness and boba. As I sat waiting for my order, I felt as though it was taking a long time just to make a couple of teas. Little did I know that greatness was in the making. The boy I babysit and I enjoyed the decorum of the lobbyâwe particularly liked the AI dogs on the seat coversâuntil our drinks were ready. We get to the car, take our first sips, and my life was changed. The tea was perfect. Such an incredible taste and the perfect amount of sweetness. The bobas were big and delicious. The tea to boba ratio was spot on. I enjoyed every second of it. At this point, I had fully converted. I was hooked. Over the past seven days, I have traveled all around Baltimore and Howard counties trying different bubble tea locations. However, I keep thinking back to Jayâs. None could compare. Jayâs has set the bar and it is high. Now that Iâve shopped around and experienced different variation of the peach oolong bubble tea, I can fully appreciate the greatness that is Jayâs Bubble Tea and Pinoy Snacks. They have earned a new loyal customer and I cannot wait to continue to...

Read moreTheir halo halo special is truly special and delicious! You can choose your flavor of Magnolia ice cream on top, and I got the halo halo flavor. Their ingredients are homemade - from the leche flan, ube halaya (best I ever had!), and banana! Itâs not too sweet and is very refreshing. You can also customize sweetness of their drinks, which is a plus. I also had their pork shumai - soo tasty! The restaurant is very clean inside. The business is family owned and ran, and theyâre very friendly people that focus on food quality and customer service....
