DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE. There is a woman on here that said this place has “the best bbq pork”, and she is a disgusting liar. The bbq pork bahn mi was the most foul sandwich I’ve ever had. At first I was taken aback, I thought that I had been robbed of meat! Little did I know the chef was only trying to protect me by giving me a few pieces this sad, dry, and putrid pork. The pho was not any better. The broth itself was very underwhelming, but the skimpy amount of noodles, and the frozen meatballs (which did not taste good) given to me on the side made the pho ice cold. This place was horrendous. I recommend pho999, even though their bahn mi is not too good— in comparison to this hideous place it makes it seem like a sandwich from the gods.

Lunch special is always great. Imperial rolls and spring rolls are amazing. Their orange chicken chow mein is good as well. Rice dishes are great. Still need to try the rest of their menu. Definitely a great place to stop by for some great food at a great price.

This is the best pho in the Reno/Sparks area hands down. Some people are complaining about the service but it was very good to me. Will go back here again and again.. The price is great and the pho is even better.

I wish there was poo emoji. Horrible service. food is ok. I ordered pork chowmein with shrimp. the pork chowmein by itself is already about $8.. and I knew there would be an extra charge for the shrimp added.. however i paid an extra $4 for 2 pieces of small shrimp.. what a rip off and the customer was non-existant.. the old lady looks like shes instantly irritated to even be there and then takes it out on you. I even had to remind her that I needed to pay her. I shouldve took that as a sign to just run. If you guys want really good Pho with great customer service.. then go to La Mint Vietnamese Pho. its in the south meadows shopping area by Smiths AND they offer Non- GMO substitutes and have wonderful customer service super helpful.. unlike this place. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY...

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I will definitely take the good food/ price over lousy service They usually mess up my order from rice noodle which I prefer to egg noddle and I have never said a word And this has happened a half a dozen times because I do frequent this place a lot But today it took 24 minutes to get my food out and 3 more to get plastic silverware 🍴 leaving me with 3 minutes left on my lunch break! This was icing on the cake when I forked my noodles and it was egg noodle and I literally had seconds to eat so I left them a note in blue writing on the napkin pointing out their error and told them the order was wrong and I was out of time, definitely going to miss...
