Update.
So on 7/30 UPS has made a decision that the claim was honored via website and contacting representatives at UPS. It is now 7/31 , The company nor the owner has contacted me about the decision that was made on my package because although I have to file a claim they create the label they have the rights to the claim not you although it your equipment . So for users please have your own label for your protection . Next, even though again I made and initiated this claim, my now damaged computer after inspection was being returned to Sellbroke because they create the new label on my behalf although I paid for it. And to top it off they would get my claim and my shipping and handling fees . I would have to wait for this company to relinquish their status as sender and send me my money back.
So again if you don't want to deal with what I did had to with PLEASE go to more reputable company that one is actually maintains the same business practices and policy through out in regardless to shipper preference (ie insures ALL potential packages for the at least what you are qouted so you are at guarantee that if there is a potential lost and just simply FedEx packages without the potential clients knowledge) and is honest and empathic. This company and it's owner Patryk have dropped the ball on many levels and do not hold up accountability in the way the handle situation .
-I had a lightly used and fairly new All in one Dell desktop no issues at all Received my package back it's damage. Call for assistance with UPS in the claim . Never got assistance because the company /Patryk was quick to place blame on me although nothing was finalized with UPS and the intially stated they never opened the package. And that they will only pay what they qouted me if UPS determined it was damaged in transit. Asked Patryk why wouldnt your ALL packages have the declared value stated or be atleast have insurance. They do for Fedex but UPS they don't usually do . I followed up with why don't you notify clients of this beforehand . Patryk proceed to accuse me of fault
What do I have only 50 dollars only sent to me because I spread the word via social media and BBB.
Seems like a company I work love to do business with 🙄 yeah right.

Read moreSo Patrick the owner has now lied once more . I cancelled the shipment however it was still delivered to you not one but twice . It never came back after a day . The company received it .. informed me that I would have to pay for a new label . UPS has not inspect the package to determine if the claim will be honored of only 99 dollar as because I just sent it the morning takes 1 business day for the result .tlThe reason I only can get possibly 99 is because the company doesn't insure you equipment not even for the bare minimum and doesn't let any of the clients know this . This company doesn't take any measure in provided adequate shippers for your equipment it up to the client . So at bare minimum the company should have insurance it cases due damage the occur upon delivery if they had indeed inspect my computer they would have deemed it worthless and I would have gotten nothing . Patrick gave me 50 but the computer is way more and the qoute claim that they offered so by giving me 50 and hoping I would get 99 UPS claim and that the 149 would buy my silence after I told my story on social media and the BBB initially he wasn't even going to do that . MY COMPUTER IS NOT COMPARABLE to just 50 dollars Patrick. I paid 20 for the shipping label alone for it to be returned back . I would not even need to do any of this if you guys actually do things properly ,with empathy and honestly. So going forward I want everyone to know my story and what to expect from them . Trust them with your electronics and they do not even insure their labels if something happens you then you will be out luck . Do not use them .
Also update contact UPS they haven't started their investigation . Keep up the lies Patrick . Again would not want to deal with a company that cannot be honest. this is their true character. I love how now he changed he narrative to we received the package and shipped it straight back you to we received your package opened it determined it was not packaged properly, re-sealed it and not able determined if there was damaged to now we have never received the package it was sent directly to you . Not trustworthy by any means . The owner Patrick has lied multiple times and keep changing his story so that he can save himself . Customers beware go with a company that insures your equipment and can help and empathizes in situation that is beyond control and can effectively executive a remedy for the problem. I do not want any one to go through what I have with them that why they are reported on their social media outlets as well as the BBB . Once did they only gave 50 dollars in hopes to by my silence . If this was your iPad or laptop or MacBook anyone in there right would be floored and upset when they don't provide packaging for and only give you an estimate of what is "good enough packaging"is not a guarantee that why you insure all your shipments if I did it with FedEx it would not have been a problem they do insurance then but I did UPS and they don't claim a delcared value not even for their qouted price and do not notify their customers about this .
