Absolutely fabulous service!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!! After getting the run-around from a major electronics chain for a relatively minor fix (telling me I had to wait a week for an appointment then wait another month while they sent my laptop somewhere for repair), I began a local search and found Reno Laptop Repair. Fast service, friendly and knowledgable staff, with reasonable prices. It took longer to drive to the shop (20 min) than it did to fix the issue; plus, when I mentioned another problem with the laptop, James said the part was under $70 and the original labor charge would carry over to cover that too (like an umbrella). So when the part arrives, I'll take in my laptop for that repair. Within 24 hours of the accident with my laptop, it was fixed and back in operation. Talk about a hidden gem! Well they failed completely at repairing a laptop. They didn't have the part needed, so I paid for it to be ordered. I had a stipulation that the laptop had to be repaired same day as it is a doctors computer needed for patient care. I told them I'd be in three weeks later on a Monday for same day repair giving plenty of time for the ordered part to show.
