Got laptop Parts — Local services in Reno

Mistakes in their inventory, led to incorrect parts being shipped to me. (validated with Apple) So called "return policies", meant that I paid shipping THREE times, and in the end received a lower quality part. (paid for Grade A+, got Grade B) Grade B, at least was the CORRECT part, which shows that they understood their mistake the first time and corrected it. Okay, these guys are great. Unfortunately, I can’t speak to their products, but customer service is on point. I bought a part but had to return it, and ordered the other part from somewhere else but had to return it too. Long story. Anyway I got the return packages mixed up. These guys let me know they got the wrong part, and were willing to ship it to the correct address for me. So did the other company. This was frustrating for me and I’m sure inconvenient for both businesses, but Got laptop parts made it easy. Thank you...

Absolutely terrible experience with this store. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and chat, but received no response at all. I also called numerous times, but no one ever picked up.

One of the supposed benefits is that you can try and test the laptop before placing an order. However, the real trouble begins after you place the order. They canceled my order, claiming the laptop I purchased was misplaced. Despite this, I have yet to receive a refund.
