Absolutely terrible experience with this store. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and chat, but received no response at all. I also called numerous times, but no one ever picked up.
One of the supposed benefits is that you can try and test the laptop before placing an order. However, the real trouble begins after you place the order. They canceled my order, claiming the laptop I purchased was misplaced. Despite this, I have yet to receive a refund.
