The Human Bean — Restaurant in Reno

My drink I have been ordered here for years and it has been good but they never get my drink right anymore especially since before November so I stop going and I usually will come back and try it for a week and it just keeps getting worse. I have tried many ways for them to get it right. I also just realized I could see what they marked down as my drink and add ins in the app and now I know why my drink is always wrong. What I am asking to be in or on my drink is not what is being done. I am not one to complain but I think I will try another location possibly because the girls at this location only care about socializing and they don’t have active listening skills. Maybe they do it to certain people idk. I alway try to smile , be friendly, I say please and thank you. I tip but when my drink is 7.00 a 2.00 tip is fine. On the weekends when home my coffee is better when I make it myself! I loved the Human Bean but poor service and the girls messing up all the time on my order is just disheartening for sure! I work with people myself everyday. All I wanted was to spoil myself with a cold brew coffee with some simple request for it like heavy cream and a syrup and real Carmel and whip on top and they are adding some powder stuff to my drink that was not asked for and or are adding not the syrup I asked for among other things ! How hard is it to add what is asked. I even have sent my daughter with it written down and gave her my phone to scan for rewards or at and it still shows wrong. What if I was allergic to something they added because they did not make it the way they were asked and it put me in the hospital. That’s a legal issue these girls are putting people in. They need to be more mindful of this playing around with someone’s life...

This is the 2nd time I’ve come during the afternoon and my drink is not only wrong but I was charged $2 more than I am when I come in the morning . I get the same thing every single time . After being charged $6.50 and my drink tasting like straight water even though I ordered a quad with oak milk and syrup over ice . I’ll be sticking to the Dutch bros I went to order the same thing , not only did they give my drink for free they priced out my drink for future reference . Plus the attitude I got this past Friday from the girl in the morning did not rub me right . I asked for a pupacinno and she looked at me like I was dumb and said “a what “ and I said whip cream cup for my dog and she said “oh ok do you want a bone “ . Then when I go today and I said the same thing the girl at the window knew exactly what I’m talking about . Very disappointed won’t be returning to...

This is only regarding the Longly and McCarran location. I like the drinks, when they get it right. Make sure you check your drink is correct before you leave because God forbid you have to go back. The girls that work there gave me so much attitude when I went back to tell them they got my order wrong. Slamming things down and asking me if I drank some of the drink. Yes...that's how I knew it was wrong. They also gave my mom the wrong drink the week before. Maybe their products are labeled wrong because they keep doing it. But that is no excuse for extremely poor attitude when you are working in customer service. I didn't give them one for making me drive back. Maybe in the future I won't be so nice. But then again in the future I will drive the extra few minutes to go to the south Virginia location where they have always been nice and get my drink...
