HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As soon as we walked in we were given attitude and eyes rolled at us, FROM THE STAFF. Weren't even greeted so I said hi and the girl behind the counter just made an annoyed sound and mumbled something. We are barely starting to look at the menu and she says tell me when you're ready and rushes off. I'm already upset at this point but I figure give her a break maybe it's a bad day but it just gets worse. We order and she doesn't even hand us our cups so I ask for them clearly holding my hand out and she grabs two cups and looks right at my open hand and places it on the counter. We sit to wait for our food, while waiting a couple next to us is complaining about how dirty the tables are, we agree because we had to wipe our table down before we sat. A different customer comes in, orders and after a moment of sitting the lady goes and asks for a rag, the girl gave her attitude and said what for. Anyways she gave her the rag and the CUSTOMER starts wiping all the tables!!! THE CUSTOMER. The girl gets angry and says ma'am stop I can do that. And the lady continued so the girl comes out and grabs the rag and starts huffing and puffing while she finishes wiping the rest of the tables off. After she goes back behind the counter we can clearly hear the employees complaining about why they have to be there when other stores are closed and what not. It was ridiculous. I work in food as well and believe me I've had some bad days but I would never have an attitude like that especially with my customers. It's unacceptable especially if she is a manager. Read moreHorrible customer service on all levels. I ordered on the app for delivery as I don’t have a car. The complete wrong order was delivered and when I called to have my order redelivered, I was told that my correct order was at the restaurant and I could come pick it up or they would refund my card. I opted to have my card refunded as I don’t have a car. After two days of no refund, I called only to be told that they aren’t able to do the refund because it was a delivery. Even though I order through the app and not the delivery service, I would have to be issued a refund from the delivery. When I called the delivery service, I was told that because it was from the app, I would have to go through the restaurant. I called the Carls customer service line, was told the website by an automated voice, then hung up on. I submitted a request online, only to be emailed back that because my total was beyond their limit, I would have to get a refund from the store. Finally the store manager called me to issue a refund for the food only (not the $13 in delivery fees even though I wasn’t delivered the correct food). Read moreI wrote a review about this restaurant about 7 months ago and it was not good and I have not been back since tonight, 12/11/2023., and things have not changed. I got an email that I could get a free Western Bacon cheeseburger if I spent a buck so I figured what the hell.. The lady in the drive thru was nice but my food was absolutely disgusting!! Both burgers were cold and the Western Bacon cheeseburger didn't have the onion rings on it. I went large because hey, free burger. My large fry container was half full at best. I do not like coke product and suffice it to say, the Coke was the best part of the meal.. It's a shame that we can't get good food from Carl's Jr. anymore, which I once considered the best tasting burger joint.. I'll stick to In n Out for now on. The line is 30 deep but the food is worth it. Learn a lesson Carl's, I can honestly say I won't be back. Hopefully I'm not on the toilet all night..
