Second time in Less than 1 month? My Orders we're not recieved as I had placed them. Three weeks ago my husband placed annorder online around 9.45pm. Due to I work the swing shift and would get home at 12:20am he thought he would give himself sometime to place the order and go pick it up. He got there at 10:15pm, mund you after his card was charged and the funds removed from his account, only to arrive at the Clear Acre establishment to find the doors locked they where closed? No dinner ready nobody to around to provide him with answer's? Your website said closing at 11:00pm. He had to return the next day physically to 1. Get his money back or 2. Pick up a pizza? Well he was given an explaination of they close earlier than what was stated on their website. He left with the pizza he ordered the night before. Tonight with out remembering what happened the last time we ordered I wanted a Chicago Pizza for dinner. So I place my order online at 5:02pm. For pick up at 5:50pm. Hubby gets home he tells me it took him 30 minutes to get to their counter (had a lot of people ahead of him) only to get to the counter and be told our order was not ready? As we sit down to eat I asked where is the 2L of soda that I paid for and was to be included in your 1 medium pizza 2 toppings, 10 chicken wings, garlic parmesan and 1 two liter of soda at $21.99 My total bill with tip included was $27.11 I recieved my medium pizza my ten wings and 1 can of pepsi when I asked hubby were the 2L of soda was? He said the can is what they gave him. Before covid 19 I ordered from this location every other month to a month. Now with limited services provided due to covid 19 many establishments have had to lay employees off . Some have closed or are on the verge of closing. My husband has lost his job and I am fortunate to still be employed. I do not take things for granted nor do I ever complain. I have worked in the service industry and have pride myself in being able to provide top notch customer service in the automotive field, how hard is it to provide good customer service in the food industry? Maybe I am missing something? Is there something I am missing? I will need to find this family another pizza and wing place to try. Obviously you are way to busy to keep track of the errors made or patronage lost. Carry out order...

I love pizza so I wanted to try a new place nearby while on my recent travels through the Reno/Sparks area.

First off i noticed is the restaurant is kept very clean and tidy. Very nice to see that when first walking into a restaurant.

Secondly staff behind the counter was nice, he noticed I was having a hard time looking up at their menu so he let me know that I could use one of their take out menus for easier visibility. Once I finished he asked if it would be be dine in or take out, I mentioned that I would be eating and taking the rest home, so he ended up having the food taken out to me already in a to go box and a plate to eat while I was there. Very nice.

Continuing on to food, it looks like their main appeal is pizza with an Indian flair. didn't know this going in but they offer these pizzas and pastas that would appeal to folks who enjoy that. They still have traditional pizzas that most folks are used to like Pepperoni, Hawaiian, supreme, etc.

I ordered a make your own pizza. And the options for toppings are vast, so there's an option for everyone. As I side I had their buffalo wings.

Pizza was fresh when it arrived. You could tell the dough was made fresh too. True to their name the pizza is a Chicago style pizza, the dough rises up a bit on the sides and is a bit crispier than other pizzas. I prefer a nice crunch so this was a plus for me.

Wings were great as well, would have hoped for a bit more sauce, but next time I'll just have to ask for a bit more. Not too spicy but enough kick.

All in all really good food and I hope to make it a place to stop by every once in while when I'm in the area. Highly recommend to try it out if you...

If you're looking for a unique twist on traditional pizza with a rich infusion of Indian flavors, Chicago pizza with a twist is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and prompt, attentive service.

We started with the samosas, which were golden, crisp, and generously filled with a perfectly spiced potato and pea mixture. They set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding meal.

The chicken masala flatbread was a standout – a brilliant fusion of naan-style bread topped with tender chicken masala, fresh herbs, and just the right amount of melted cheese. It managed to capture the essence of Indian curry while still holding onto the crispy charm of a flatbread pizza.

Next came the goat curry, which was nothing short of spectacular. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, swimming in a deeply flavorful, aromatic sauce that paired beautifully with the fluffy basmati rice. Every bite was a perfect balance of spice and richness.

And of course, we had to try a regular pizza – a classic cheese and pepperoni – and even that impressed us. The crust was just right: thin, crispy, and slightly chewy, with a tangy tomato sauce and high-quality toppings.

Overall, Chicago Pizza with a twist nails both authenticity and creativity. Whether you're craving comfort food or feeling adventurous, this place hits all the marks. Highly recommended for food lovers looking to explore bold flavors in a cozy,...

Decent. Absolutely nothing special. Skip this place if you are looking for flavor and taste. Nice seating area but that's it...staff is okay. The pizza was the only good thing. As a samosa chaat fan, this was a let down. Absolutely horrible. Missing ingredients but most important missing TASTE! Same with the papari chaat... extremely disappointed in both. Please do better with these! The chaat was drowning in an odd tasting green chutney. Had nuts and raisins that had no place being there, missing the "usual" toppings! And most importantly no garbanzo beans! The chicken wings were the basic wings you can get anywhere or any store and make at home. The chicken platter was horrible in taste, no flavor. Wasted money. Precooked chicken warmed and tossed with some odd flavored veggies. Skip this too... the sides were also not good...it does not come with any rice or naan, that is an extra! Not sure I would ever come back nor would I ever send anyone there. This was a let down in terms of flavors. Indian food is full of flavor and spice this was bland and boring. Find another place, this place tasted like money wasted and it was.

First I must say that I am more perturbed at myself than anything else. I saw the name "Chicago's Pizza with a twist" and immediately thought of Chicago style, deep dish pizza. I looked at the pictures and menus online and still convinced myself that this could be a Chicago style pizza parlor. Well NO SUCH LUCK. This ain't it. Look at the accompanying pictures and note that the crust is barely beyond a normal national chain crust. The pizza itself was not bad, just not what I was expecting. The seemed like it was popular as it had a few customers and take outs. I personally won't be back because I can get normal pizza anywhere. Chicago style, deep dish pizza is hard to find. In this area.

So disappointed. I ordered the goat tikka, garlic naan, and a chai. What I got was a bowl of neck bones swimming in sauce! There was literally 3 morsels of meat. The garlic Naan was good, albeit a bit greasy. The seating area was poorly lit and the music was some sort of Indian techno. I felt like I should have been on molly with a nitrous balloon. They even had a Touch Tube's machine, which was turned off.
