The worst one by far. The Manager is this big rude lady who barely gives the portions. Like she barely put meat on the spoon and then Before she put it on your plate, she knocks it off even more it literally I had 2 tablespoons of meat and then I asked can I have more meat she said it’s gonna be extra very nasty and rude. This is my third time going there and it was my last I called the headquarters and complain. They really did nothing told me they gave me a buy one get 150% off. I spent $22 in chipotle get an extra meat which equal up to the normal size that I should’ve got for The regular menu price. They could’ve offered me a free meal on them and the meat was a season. The meat was cold And they didn’t care. They said sorry that’s all we can do for you. So I go to Qdoba They treat me way better portions and not big fat nasty attitude manager who does not care about customer service. Every time this, no one gets a portions cause I’ve been there when she wasn’t there I’ve gotten bigger portions. So I started driving all the way across town to go to a different chipotle and then I decided like why should I give them money when they don’t give a F about me. I’m spending my money To get lukewarm food that’s not even the right temperature of 165°. Stale Tortilla chips. Yeah, I’ve been over chipotle. They will never get a...
Read morePortions are awful. By awful I mean downright minuscule. Ordered a double portion and I was still hungry after eating it- hopefully that illustrates how awfully proportioned the food here is. Relative to the proportions, the price is way too expensive. Food has a 50% chance of being dry and a 50% chance of being really wet. Bonus probability: food has a 30% chance to be cold! It's a gamble eating here, and with these portion sizes, you'll always lose. There's few vegetarian opinions as well. The vegetables look like they've all contracted clinical depression, and the cheese tastes sweet somehow, which is utterly bizarre, as it is literally cheddar. Employees seem sad to work here because they know that they're serving you a meal that sucks. Please just don't go here. Pro tip: buy some chipotle spices, spice some protein at home, and make a homemade chipotle bowl for a fraction...
Read moreUpdate 12-24 Wow, what happened here? The employee gave a half a scoop of meat, scraping the last tidbits of meat from the bin. When my wife asked about it, the employee said it was 4 oz. Please, do not gaslight me on 1/4 of a pound. He added some chicken to it and then charged for double meat. My wife ordered a salad and the lettuce was old and wilted. Sad to see Chipotle go downhill like this. The burrito was almost $20 (it had queso, too). For one small burrito and one wilted salad it was $30. Employee pissed off attitude didn't help. We will probably not be returning to this one. The Keystone branch seems to have happier employees. And, Qdoba is just across the street from this Chipotle (and I think they don't charge for queso). BTW, music is still loud.
Original post from 2017 Good fresh food. Wish the music was more mainstream and not so loud. Very hard to have a...
