Poor customer service by Mr. NAFIS VERY POOR he works in the printing & marketing department. I came in to the store because I wanted to print my tickets so I went over to the printing & marketing and Mr. NAFIS see me walking to his department he was on his PHONE. I got to the counter MR. NAFIS continuing to be on his PHONE he ignored me like there was NO CUSTOMER STANDING needed help he ignored me until I said it something to him can you please help me. So I told him about my tickets that I needed to print for my event MR. NAFIS straight telling me it’s late right now, we are about to closed if I can come back tomorrow so I told Mr. NAFIS that he has one hour before you guys closed when came here the last to print my tickets your supervisor for this department did it under 10 minutes and the supervisor did a awesome job with printing and also cutting he did everything perfect. Mr. NAFIS didn’t like what I said so he ended up doing my tickets a very poor job by MR. NAFIS he prints the tickets continuing with poor cutting skills he did to my tickets Poor. Reminded you he continued to cut but he didn’t check the printing machine that he ran out of papers but continued to cut I was short with my tickets. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
My 5 stars go to the “Tech Supervisor” Mr. Stephen Brown because he step in help. Best customer service by Mr. Stephen Brown he did everything to meet my needs today. He reprint my tickets, making sure the tickets qty was 100, cut every single tickets perfect. Mr. Stephen Brown really cares about his customers. Two employees with customer for over 20 minutes, two customers waiting....you would think that Assist Manager would of went and printed my two copies, but no. He said I would have to wait....I was a little upset, as I use them at emergencies, like when I'm on location and don't have printer....its sad, that I have to now drive across town to other Staples...disheartening Customer Service in...

Balanced all the customers coming in with a smile on his face and even provided my husband and I with a recommendation for our printed “newspaper” for our maternity shoot. He gave us the print for free since it was for the maternity shoot as a surprise in the end. Such a sweet gesture that really made our day!! Excellent service I wish everyone...
