Drink Coffee Do Stuff — Restaurant in Reno

Went their opening day and with a long line and just having opened we expected a long wait. This morning we went, only had 1 person ahead of us in line but saw there were about 10 cups on the counter. Heard my name so went to the counter where all the done drinks were being placed and didn’t see it. My husband went around the corner and it was sitting in an odd spot by itself; that was frustrating. Seems like they need more staff because we waited almost 30 minutes for 1 drink before they called my name. Cashier was friendly but probably...

Beautiful morning 🌄 decided to stop by drink coffee do stuff..... anywho... walked in there, no one greets me, acknowledges me, looks up etc... there's people there, they're making coffee and i literally just stand there waiting for someone to take my order, something...definitely not coming back. 3rd time coming here and last (i like supporting local businesses and giving them a chance), same experience every time. Customer service is really lacking and not worth almost $8 coffee.At least pretend you like me if you're charging...

Excited to try the first Reno location. Super busy for opening weekend. My sister knocked her iced coffee over trying to put her straw in. Barista completely ignored her. Wouldn’t make eye contact, give her a towel to clean it up, or offer to make her a new coffee. People waited twenty minutes to order for opening weekend. The owner was also present during this. Looks like customer service is going to be just as bad as the lake location....
