Squeeze In in Reno, Nevada, is a standout breakfast destination that blends a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a menu full of unique and memorable options. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with vibrant dĂ©cor, friendly staff, and a lively energy that sets the tone for a great meal. The walls are filled with quirky art and fun details, giving the place a personality that makes you feel right at home while still offering something out of the ordinary. It’s the kind of spot where both locals and visitors instantly feel like part of the community. The menu is where Squeeze In truly shines. Known for its inventive omelets and bold breakfast creations, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that go well beyond the traditional bacon and eggs. You’ll find creative combinations packed with fresh ingredients, as well as healthier options and fun twists on classic favorites. From fluffy pancakes layered with toppings to generously filled omelets with unique flavor pairings, each dish feels crafted with care and imagination. There’s also an emphasis on quality and presentation, which makes every plate feel special. The atmosphere is just as much a part of the experience as the food. Conversations flow easily, laughter fills the air, and the staff’s upbeat energy makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re there for a relaxed morning with family or a lively brunch with friends, Squeeze In delivers both comfort and excitement. With its combination of creative food, welcoming environment, and genuine hospitality, it’s no wonder this spot has become a beloved breakfast favorite in Reno. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s a place to start your day on a high note.

Hit up Squeeze In on our way back from Tahoe before flying out of Reno airport. With dietary restrictions part of our daily routine we found this place had plenty of gluten free options. Server was attentive and polite. Closed out our check with a POS system right at the table which was nice. I had the burger and it was cooked as requested. Got the fried egg addition to elevate the meal. Fries were crisp and seasoned. Spouse, gluten free, got the southwest bowl with carne asada. Pico didn’t come initially but the server brought it within seconds. Had the Mango tajin mimosa to start and it was so good. Could’ve had plenty more if I didn’t have to travel out. Recommend this place.

First time here. Love the atmosphere with hip and lively. It was kool that you could write on the walls in the place. Back to the food. Had the Racy Tracy with tomato pesto sauce and it was great. Not sure what my wife got but she said mine was better. The pesto really set this apart from the rest of the omelettes in the world. The eggs were nice and fluffy, the cheese wasnt overloading everything else in the omelette. There was plenty mushrooms and bacon to go around. Theres wasnt on bad bite one the plate. Had a glass of oj that was filled to the brim of the glass to wash it down. Over all it was a great place to stop when your in town so stop by if you have a chance.

I’ve always heard amazing things about Squeeze In, and it didn’t disappoint. Squeeze In has several nearby locations in Reno, Sparks, and Truckee, and was featured on Food Network’s “Throwdown with Bobby Flay”. They also have a “love it or it’s free” guarantee, which means it’s literally impossible not to go home without a smile on your face.

Starting any meal out with a mimosa is always a way to gain points with me. I was very excited to learn that by checking in on Foursquare for the first time, you earned a free glass of champagne or mimosa – score! I must say that my mimosa was about 1/3 juice and 2/3 champagne. I was not complaining.

Another amazing plus in my book (before I even get to the food) was the fact that they encourage you to write on the walls. I added a neat little drawing while I waited for my brunch, though I wish I could say I was the one with the “I love Unicorns” drawing. I don’t think anything will beat that.

Since I’ve been on a Mexican food kick, I ordered the Huevos Montana, which included eggs, avocado, salsa, refried beans, and lots of other goodies. It did not disappoint. The potatoes that accompanied my breakfast were crispy, but not overdone, and the breakfast had the perfect blend of Huevos Rancheros with a little variation of Squeeze In character.

Steve ordered the Shake and Bake (Hello Ricky Bobby!) with avocado, olives, jack cheese and sour cream, which he deemed to be a winner in his book. I almost forgot to add that we both upgraded our potatoes to “Otis Style,” where they add jack and cheddar cheese and grilled onions. The upgrade is worth it if you’re a spud lover and looking for an extra breakfast treat.

It was a good amount of food, but not too much (there was no post-brunch waddling, unless you count how I move after two mimosas). I’m excited to go back and try some of the “riskier” menu...

We have been a Squeeze Inn fans for years, and have enjoyed some great breakfasts there. So writing a negative review is not my favorite thing to do. However, the last two meals we have had at the South Reno Squeeze Inn have not lived up to the standards we have experienced the past. Today's breakfast was a disaster. We saw our meals sitting meal under the warming lights for over 5 minutes as the server worked on a problem with the refrigerator. When we finally received it the scrambled eggs were like rubber. And my wife received her order missing the over easy eggs. Probably because they were siting under the same lights too long. They came out about 5 minutes after she received the rest of her order. If the place had been busy would have been more willing to excuse the issues. But, there were only three tables busy at the restaurant at the time. This is not the normal experience we've had over the years. The Squeeze Inn has always been our favorite breakfast location. We try to avoid the weekends because of the amount of traffic they get on those days. But to have this kind of a meal midweek was extremely disappointing to us. Hopefully you can tighten up the service so we can continue to enjoy what we have experienced...
