To be honest I am torn on this place. The waitress was nice, and the food was really good, but the place was disgusting.

We walked in and were seated we did have to wait a little bit but not to long. I went to use the restroom and it was so nasty. The trash was overflowing there were toilet covers on the floor and toilet paper all over the stalls.

I come back and the waitress was really nice and asked us what we wanted to drink. We both just asked for coffee. We waited 10 minutes just for the coffee to be brought. We didn't think much of it and thought maybe they had to brew it.

Now, what gets me is that they have waitresses wearing masks and they have plexiglass up for covid between the seats and they bring us a dirty craft of coffee. The coffee on the outside was old and crusty/sticky it wasn't from a spill of fresh brew. I was so grossed out. If it going to take so long to get coffee with as health conscious as they seem to be, you would think we would get a clean craft.

We get our food: My husband ordered the Colorado omelet and I ordered chicken fried steak and eggs. His order should have came with salsa. We sat there for a bit because usually a waitress will come back and ask how things are going but we didn't see her again for a while. In the meantime, I went up and asked if I could get some salsa for his omelet. While I am up there, I see the countertop seems not to have been wiped down for over a week. It is just covered in nastiness.

I used to work in customer service and waitress. I was taught that your station must remain clean for health and safety reasons. I could understand some dirtiness if they were in the swing of a breakfast or lunch rush, but this was not the case.

Our food was really good the cook did a great job! However, I am torn because I am not sure if I want to eat there again due to the filth I saw. The food can be great, but the cleanliness of the restaurant is what keeps you from dying as well.

As we are leaving you can see the garbage behind the cash register overflowing. I am giving this place an OK rating because I enjoyed the food, but this place is by no means CLEAN or cares about anyone's health.

And just as a funny I had to take a picture of my Teeny Grape that was in my fruit cup because there was a bigger one on the floor.

The establishment was very busy and under staffed to begin when we walked in for our party of 7. With that being said we understood that we will have to wait for our orders to be taken and our food to be brought out. But the waitress did not come for drink orders for over 10 minutes. Once we got our drinks they forgot one of our persons drinks for the entire sit down meal. We ordered an omelet that tasted to either have some type of coating in the meat and it was not edible. The omelette was completely dry and tasteless. The pancakes were cold on the other orders that we received. The wait staff never came back to refill drinks or check in the food once they dropped it off. This experience was less that satisfactory and once we addressed management all they stated was oh I am sorry we’re slow back there. No option for us to send our food back or even be remade.

We will not be revisiting that establishment when we go back...

We had french toast combo, belgium waffle w/side of bacon, 2 coffees. Total was $34.48 before tip. Waitress Rochelle takes my card for payment and returns with a paid receipt for $87.86. I don't sign and ask for her to fix it. She apologizes, takes my original $34.48 tag and the incorrect receipt...but not my debit card. She returns, scribbling out the $87.86 amount and enters by hand the $34.48 amount but does not give me my original tag for the correct amount which I then had to ask for. She assures me that the charge will drop off and the correct one will magically appear on my bank account without ever using my debit card for the charge back. I left, called my bank from my car, related the whole encounter to them which they are now investigating. I called ihop when I returned home but was only able leave a message and request a call back. If Rochelle is ever your waitress, ask for...

I went to this IHOP for a late breakfast about 1:30 p.m. a couple of days ago, winter of 2022. I'd brought my Sprinter van in from Carson City to be worked on at a nearby dealership. I was hungry. It had been 4 hours since my coffee! As I was looking at the menu I saw the over 55 two plus two plus two breakfast. I know you're wondering what that is besides tasty. Two eggs, two pancakes. Two link sausages. The tab was $9.08 with tax. One of the pluses of being over 55. My server was responsive and quick when I was ready to order. My breakfast came out soon thereafter and I enjoyed it. Worth your time if you're hungry and want to moderately priced meal.
