I have dined in the new location twice now and I just got to say the food is good no complaints there except there was few mishaps like I ordered egg noddles but I was given rice noodles instead but it was no big deal. Nothing to do with how clean the place has been so far. But I have a very bad taste in my mouth about the service and staff.
Half of the staff give off the vibe that they don’t really want to be there or that they do but their services give them no justice. The only time the staff pay attention is when you need more water but besides that they ignore, get snappy, and/or just don’t know what you’re saying. Me,my partner, and our roommate have experienced this quite recently and we all agreed that our bloods were boiling because of the staff. When given our food the staff only say the numbers not the actual description of the food so just to clarify myself and my company double check if what they’re handing to us is what are giving even if we do know we just wanna make sure with the staff. The staff didn’t seem to understand what we said but when my roommate asked once more the waitress set the food down and just rudely said “this means pork” as she walked away. My roommate just wanted to make sure it was the pork anyways but didn’t need the attitude at all. And once me and my partner ordered drinks and they weren’t given to us to after we paid for our meal which we had to get up to the register to get our bill whilst others were hand given their bills. And as me and my partner walked out we saw the staff who seemed to not pay attention to us or at least anyone because they seemed to had disappeared just were leaning on the counters that were by the kitchen this whole time as the whole restaurant is jam packed and more were waiting in the waiting area.
Now these scenarios happened on two different occasions but nothing of which I would expect to see at any restaurant whether it’s fast food or fine dining. You don’t know who you’re serving so when you’re at work work like you love it even if you don’t. And I don’t usually make one star reviews because of the fact I post reviews to the internet like social media but this place does not deserve any virtual review at this point and time till there’s improvements. Now I post this not out of hate but out of knowing things can be better...
Read moreThis is my #1 Spot! If you read my reviews, I am real food critic, not giving out props freely, only ones that WARRANTED. Being a long time customer, I can say that Tai, Tam, Ha, everyone here is so great at their job!
The food 100% delivers 100% of the time, 100% CONSISTENCY! I have noticed, that many people show up with large parties, anyone in the restaurant industry knows this takes TONS of EFFORT usually with the smallest reward, hence, why most places charge 18% gratuity. If you are dining in a large party unless you have a great experience, I really think you should visit during a less stressful time, before giving a negative review. This is coming from an ex-server.
@ 999, the PHO (FA) delivers, 100 of the TIME, every TIME. IF you are hungry ask for Double Meat, they will happily provide for a small up charge! Heck if you need too, tell them Brandon aka Tha Dragon, sent you! The Egg Rolls are Divine, the Spring Rolls are great, ELEVATED with Chili Oil ADDED! The Shrimp Fried Rice will blow your MIND, full-sized Shrimp and very little oil, Light and Fluffy Rice. The Noodle Dishes are Fantastic. This place isROX! =)
Overall, this place is a BIG WIN, if you only dine here 1 time, it might not be up to par, if you are used to #1 spot in your town/city, but this is my #1 spot in my City, so give it another chance, I can say with certainty, that if you are nice decent person, this place REWARDS MANY TIMES, it's like hitting a Jackpot!
If you really feel something is off, speak to Thai, I know he cares, the whole restaurant cares, it can be fixed, you could be happy, AND isn't that reason you dine out, to have a good experience? I have had so many good experiences here, and tons of bad experiences in many places, this place is one of my Dragon...

999 Phở is a classic Vietnamese restaurant that draws both Asian communities and local residents, especially on weekends. During peak hours, expect a wait, as the place is always lively and bustling. The interior is simple yet welcoming, decorated with food-themed murals and various artworks on the walls.
The dining system follows a casual flow: seat yourself, order at the table, enjoy your meal, and then pay at the counter before leaving.
I ordered the #11 Beef Broth with Rice Noodles – Combination, which included rare steak, flank brisket, tendon, tripe, and beef balls. This dish offers an exciting variety of textures and doneness levels all in one bowl—a unique experience for pho lovers. Following tradition, they also serve a fresh vegetable plate with lemon, bean sprouts, chili peppers, and basil leaves. Adding them into the hot broth elevates the flavor and creates an incredibly satisfying bite.
The broth itself is rich, flavorful, and deeply comforting, while the generous portion of beef makes it a hearty and filling meal. It’s the kind of pho that brings both comfort and happiness in one bowl.
There are also customization options: for an additional cost, you can add extra noodles or vegetables, switch to egg noodles, or even have it prepared chow fun–style.
Final Thoughts 999 Phở stands out as one of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Between the flavorful broth, generous meat portions, and the traditional accompaniments, it’s a must-visit spot for anyone craving a true pho experience. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy...
