Had a chance to visit tonight for a work dinner with two other colleagues. One of which was a local who recommended the place. When I arrived the downstairs bartender sent me to the Rooftop where I gladly enjoyed the beautiful weather. It was absolutely superb on this beautiful June night. I was promptly greeted by the server, but when I asked for the tap list, I was told they only had three home taps on the rooftop along with three piss water guest taps. That was rather disappointing. Hey brewery that doesn't offer all of their own taps is kind of weird. They didn't bother offering to deliver beer from downstairs. Other than that, the food was excellent, the beer was well above average. I had both the hazy IPA and the cold IPA. The wedge salad was fresh and well appointed, however $20 is a lot to spend on some lettuce. The margherita pie with pepperoni added, and the blueberry pie were both excellent. The wings had great flavor, however they must be baked because the skin was soggy instead of crispy. I would go back a hundred times for that pizza though! It was perfect. All in all I definitely recommend a visit … first for the pizza then the incredible rooftop views if you have agreeable weather.

Went here with 10 other friends and coworkers for the first time and had a blast! First we had dinner which I forgot to get pictures from but I can tell you that everyone enjoyed the food. I can say the PIZZA, Wings, Prim Rib Dip and BLTA were all delicious cause I tried a bit of each🤣 I was hungry. After dinner we moved to the Bar side where a band was playing till 9pm, than a DJ played music from 9pm-1am. The DJ played great dance music and had the floor packed all night. Our Bar Tender Lucus was awesome and made the night very entertaining, super friendly and attentive. Later in the to met the COO Jason, he caught my eye due to him sweeping, picking up dirty drink glasses and Lucus said he was the boss so I had to meet him. Jason was a great guy and very personable, he also introduced me to his entertainment manager I believe but can’t remember her name due to being a little hard of hearing and the great music in the background but she was very pleasant as well. I have been telling everyone I talk to they definitely need to eat and enjoy a night out at Tahoe AleWorX Reno. We will definitely be backšŸ’Æ

I don’t even know where to begin. I had last-minute RSVPs for a surprise birthday party for my husband, and I called Tahoe AleWorx and Jason was so professional and accommodating. He was able to put together part of the patio for our friends and family and everyone’s kids with a 3-hr notice. I just can’t thank them enough. A huge shout out and thank you to the wait staff, the bartenders being able to tolerate all of the kids & the size of our party. I sincerely apologize for some of the running around! Some of our friends had never been to Tahoe AleWorx before & they loved the food & atmosphere. Definitely returning customers! Not only did I meet Jason & others from the wait staff, but I also got to meet the owner, Luca (sorry if I spelled that wrong!). Very nice, excellent customer service, & the prices for booking a space & food/drinks was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant/venue & they have a forever customer šŸ’œ.

Friday the 13th, my wife and I came to your establishment early afternoon to grab some appetizers and a few cocktails…we entered the downstairs bar, because it was our first time there and didn’t know if we had to be sat upstairs in the patio. When we entered we noticed the female bartender with gauged ears helping two guests and on the computer. We stood for 5 minutes, the bartender made eye contact with us, never greeting us. When the other guests left, we moved closer hoping to be greeted, we then stood there for another 3 minutes -being the only people in the room and still nothing. My wife spoke up and said hello to said bartender and asked to see the menu. Which the menus were thrown on the bar top at us. We proceeded to ask if there were servers upstairs because we wanted to enjoy the rooftop at which point we were told we had to order food and beverages downstairs, go find a table upstairs and then when food is ready we need to come back downstairs to collect the food and cocktails. How do we know when those items are finished? Am I getting paid to do their job? After that experience, the lack of customer service and treatment by staff members at your establishment, we will NEVER be back. Super happy that the Depot is across the street with awesome customer service, great beers and even...
