Dumpling Queen is a neat setup. The food operation is done out of an airstream trailer in an epic outdoor patio area. Despite the small cooking area the food was delivered quick and hot. While the dumplings and buns were delicious I can't shake the feeling the dumplings were a pre-frozen option like Mila. Not a knock, they are good, but handmade dumplings would be a different level. The patio area nestled between too bars (and Lead Dog across the street) makes this a one stop shop for an evening night. I understand that making XLB is a time consuming process, however the difference between handmade and industrial is night and day. This place was perfect! Everything from the bao, to the dumplings, to the dan dan noodles were DELICIOUS!
