This sign is so sad. I've been here to witness two of the three signs that have been across Virginia Street "The Biggest Little City in the World." This sign has only seen the closing of many casinos and delapitation of an era. Gone are people having fun in the streets. Gone is the smell of delicious food, the sounds of slots dropping coins and the beautiful flashing lights of all the casinos that made downtown Reno for so long. Only to be replaced by homelessness and darkness. The only flashing lights left are of police cars that pull you over to harass you for being downtown. What a shame that you'll never experience the glory of Reno..yeah it's long gone.
