McDonald's — Restaurant in Reno

I would give this a 0 out of 5 if I could. Last week we went here and it was horrendous. My husband had to go back to the counter THREE times. We ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles for our happy meal. When we opened the burger, there were pickles. The second time we got the burger, the bun was hard and burnt. The third time the burger was finally correct. They also forgot the drinks for both happy meals. There were many people waiting to have their orders fixed because they too got incorrect orders.

We gave them one more chance. Today we got happy meals. We checked the cheeseburger and AGAIN there were pickles in it when we requested no pickles. Then a man who worked there realized that he forgot to put fries into the happy meals. And to top it off they forgot the drinks.

Service at this Mae Ann location has been deteriorating for weeks. There have been times in the past where it would take TWENTY minutes in the drive thru from ordering to picking up the food. And even then there have been issues with correct orders. I have seen many frustrated people.

We have had enough and will never go back to this location again. I would reccomend NOT going to this location. Service and quality control are horrid. I would rather go across the street to the Burger King or Jack in the Box where I know I will receive my order correct the first time and receive it in a...

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two cheeseburgers a Coke and a number 3 which is a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese when I got to the window and paid I got my food my price were extremely cold so I explained to them they both can they please give me some fresh ones or at least warm when they asked me to pull around to the front and wait for the price I started to eat my Double Quarter Pounder when i look at my hamburger patties halfway through the hamburger I noticed they were very very pink definitely not something I felt comfortable eating Sony brought my fries out I showed the man my hamburger and said I'm sorry but this is a little pink I don't feel safe eating this he rudely said what do you want me to do make you another one? I responded "yes please I'd greatly appreciate if you could." After a short wait for my new hamburger I opened the box to see that it was just thrown in the Box sloppily with part of my Patty hanging out of the box and it looks like they scrape the scrapings from the spatula into the hamburger I was disgusted at that point I do not want to eat.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Very rude customer service, horrible tasting food, poorly prepared Food & not a good place to eat!!!!! Not somewhere you would definitely want to eat unless you like your cow mooing at you still and cold french fries and root...

Absolutely horrible service. One of the worst I have ever had. They messed up my order, gave me a slopped together burger (that was not cooked and pink inside, disgusting) when I ordered a chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken, got a regular chicken. Called to let them know at 8:45pm after a long day and got a so called manager name Yesenia. She didn’t care, couldn’t find the order number, hung up on me and wanted the food back with receipt that night! I told her I’m not coming back after I’m home which is 15, 20 minutes away. My daughter at this point said she just eat it because she has school early morning. She said bring food back next day to remake or if not I don’t get it made again. I just want my money back I told her. She said she would not refund for eaten food. Wth. you messed it up, it’s late and now your not at least apologetic for it. Unbelievable the attitude and rudeness I got and I was polite the whole time. I asked for main manager’s name there, and Yesenia let me know she is and she would report it to regional manager. ATTITUDE. Just disgusted with my experience at this McDonald’s. No excuse to undercook food, along with poor customer service . Hopefully they fix this and there customer experience especially with people that work there and act like this.
