I hardly ever eat at McDonalds as it’s so saturated in fat and unhealthy. However, for the second time this year (and its August ) we decided to order food from this location as we didn’t want to cook and my daughter gets this as a treat every once in awhile. This is the second time the food has been under cooked/cold and disgusting. Also, we did not receive two sandwiches and a 10 piece chicken nugget that we paid for. The staff are completely disorganized and rude when you tell them what went wrong. The cashier acted as if we were lying. I’m sorry that some of your customers do this but to assume that we would make this up when you haven’t earned our business in the first place is just disgusting behavior. I just called and spoke to Daniel who said he was the Manager and I asked for his District Managers name, as if he actually knew how to run a business and all the bad reviews they receive, these problems would have been fixed years ago. Anyways, I was told that they don’t give out personal phones numbers which I completely understand. However, I would never act condescending with a customer. This is how Daniel acted. I received the name of the Store Manager, which I believe is Shelly and the franchise owners Robert/Chad. I gave Daniel my number and am hoping for a call back as this isn’t worth going to this location again or maybe McDonalds at all, since we don’t really like their food anyways. Read moreHighly disappointed. Got my usual meal, the #5 Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich, took 4 bites, on my 5th bite some nasty, sour, foul smelling and tasting juice shot into my mouth. It took EVERYTHING to not puke all over my table and party. After composing myself, I go to the counter and tell the cashier what was up. I had him smell my sandwich and he too almost puked, and gets the manager. The manager (Janet on at 430ish) comes over. I now tell her what was up. This manager tried to argue with me and tell me it was just the way the bread naturally smelled (while REFUSING to smell the sandwich herself.) I tell her ," No. I get this meal all the time I have NEVER had this smell." She then started to tell me the chicken is heated to a certain degree and they check them regularly. She did not care or seem to be concerned with the fact of this nasty chicken and what went down. After rolling her eyes she said all she could do was replace my sandwich, WITH THE SAME TYPE SANDWICH. I refused backed up our party and left. I will never go back here. Just on the simple fact the manager was absolutely horrible with customer service skills....
Read morethe girl with the glasses and braid that was working on july 30th was texting on her phone when i spoke to her asking for assistance after waiting on my mobile “drive thru” order for 20 minutes and just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders silently last time i was in there. i didn’t write a complaint about that. today she was working drive through and sent me to park again to wait for my “drive thru” mobile order which took approx. 13 minutes. it was a small order. the guy coming out to bring my food told me i had sauces in the bag, which i added via mobile order and lied to my face as i looked and there were no sauces in the bag. the order looked like a toddler slapped it together, fries were cold and nuggets were more stale than last time. i understand it’s mcdooonnnalds, but no wonder this place struggles to stay above 3 stars lol… gen z’ers can’t even handle a...
