The staff was very kind. We went their second day open this year. It was my 3 year old niece, and my two daughters 5 and 6. I didn’t think Boo-Ville would be too scary for them. They did well through the trick or treat part and up to the dinosaurs then they all were in tears and scared the rest of the way. I thought the rooms were fun and super cute. Absolutely amazing. My kids had so much fun and wanted to keep going back through. They did not want to leave. My daughter has always been afraid of Halloween. Once it gets dark, she doesn't want to trick or treat anymore, but booville made her so excited for Halloween this year. I highly recommend visiting! It is so great for all ages. I thought it was set up very nice. The employees there were very nice and explained each part of the tour. The first part of the tour is trick-or-treat knocking on the doors and getting candy and then you go through a swamp that leads you to the jump-scare and there was a Vortex as well. They gave you the option if you wanted a jump-scare or just no scare. My 9-year-old wanted the jumpscare and that's exactly what we got...
