The staff here don’t really understand English well, which makes ordering difficult and can lead to mistakes. I ordered 2 chow fun but only received 1, and even after trying my best to explain to the older lady and man, it was still a communication issue. They also charge extra for vegetables that are usually included in chow fun you can choose $2, $4, or $6 for small, medium, or large portions. The chow fun itself was bland with no real flavor or seasoning, though the color looked good and the portion size was pretty big for $14. It’s a bit cheaper compared to Kwok Bistro, where the same dish is around $20.

I will eat anything, but this was the worst meal I’ve ever eaten. The Kung Pao Shrimp was FULL of celery, and totally tasteless. The egg roll had no filling, the fried rice was okay. The most disgusting part was the Hot & Sour soup, which was basically vinegar and black pepper soup, it was inedible. I ate the 4 pieces of shrimp, a little of the fried rice and threw the soup away. I called them to give them opportunity to refund me and let them know how bad it was, they didn’t offer anything, hence the review. I will eat food even if it’s bad, this was a first for me to throw away a whole meal.

Bland, no flavor, I’ve never seen sweet and sour chicken not doused in sauce and veggies. It may be really cheap and a decent amount of food, but it’s gross and sad. The ā€œchickenā€ was 90% batter and maybe 10% overcooked, tough chicken. The ā€œfried riceā€ it was really just white rice with veggies. There was no flavor in any of it. Also, the battered chicken was gross idk if it’s old oil or just too much batter but that was definitely inedible! I’m highly disappointed by this establishment and they should be too for serving something like this to a paying customer!

A year ago I went there and the food was not bad...but after tonight I will never go there again. I have gone to Chinese restaurants all over the U.S. and this is the worst I have had.....by far. The restaurant is clean ..the people are nice the food was horrible. One family member said it was a pitiful attempt. They obviously are cutting corners to the point the food is terrible. Egg flower soup was greenish egg a few peas and only egg whites btw, with just a hint of chicken soup base. Every single family member said it was the worst Chinese food by far. We nibbled at and threw it all away. And you should know that it is extremely rare for us to be so critical about a restaurant. We are normally very kind. If O'A does not change what they are doing they will go out of business very soon...and that...

Rude people! This place is about 2 min to my home, for a long time I tried to put up with their attitude since I like Chinese food. Last night I ordered the food on the phone, when I stopped to pick up my order the lady literally throw the food at me. If you don’t like your job do something else but you can’t be rude to people. If you decided to go to this place you should know:

They are rude, especially on the phone. Never expect any polite word… No ā€œHelloā€ no ā€œGoodbyeā€ and forget about ā€œthank youā€! The food quality use to be OKAY but now……. YUCK!!!! The beef is just fat you will end up throw out half of your food. They increased the price and decreased the food...
