Sbarro — Restaurant in Reno

Used to work there. Was cashier/floater. Got fired for causing a scene when I retaliated (only yelling) when my coworker pushed over a step stool that I was standing on, causing me to fall on a knife. Maria clearly doesn't know what she's doing when she visits other locations other than her own cause I had to go to the hospital after she fired me cause I had a knife stuck in my leg. Even the customers who saw everything happen came to my defense ( god bless). But the lady who pushed the step stool over, is still allowed to work there when all I didn't was yell at her for purposely injuring me as a coworker. As I was leaving, Maria told me to bring back the knife and my uniform. I was fired for "causing a commotion and getting blood everywhere" I will never work for another Sbarro again because of my experience and if it wasn't for the food being so good, I'd say...

I ordered through door dash-I got the baked ziti it was fairly cold and it had leaked all over the bag because the lid wasn't on very well. There were no utensils, no Parmesan cheese, and alas no napkins. Ordered a Greek salad....no dressing. Will order from here or eat here again? Also no.

Update: The manager did write to me and offered me a free replacement meal. I said no thanks because I wasn't looking for a freebie, but his kindness will cause me to check them out again. Door dash is new there, so I will just go in. Raising the stars cuz...

A little disappointed with my experience today. Went to get a single slice and a drink and got charged for 5 slices instead. When I notified the employee Olga of the mistake, she said there was nothing she could do to change it. Another customer witnessed what happened and said that the order could be redone and to keep my receipt. When I asked Olga for a manager to see if I can receive a refund, I was denied and turned away. I offered the extra 4 slices for free to other customers and left due to it being my lunch...
