I asked for no whip cream plus an affogato shot on my frappe and when the barista handed me my drink it was so light colored, it wasn't even brown, and it was super runny. I order this same drink all of the time, and usually you are able to see the shot of espresso, since it's poured directly on top of the frappe. I asked the barista if she added my affogato shot, she said that she put it in there. I asked her if she blended it in and she told me "no". I told her that I can usually see it and she told me that "it already sunk to the bottom" 😠😠 if that was true, then my coffee would have been brown and not white. I was running late and had to get my kid to school, so I took her word for it and left. When I went to take a drink, and seen the cup in the sunlight, I could tell that she had put whip cream in my cup and instead of remaking it, she blended it in to the frappe. That's why it was white like it was, that's why it's runny. I need to stop tipping before I receive my order bc Starbucks does this all the time. I'm so mad I thought I could go there and not be ripped off, but I was ripped off. I can't drink it with whip cream in it, so that was $10 I just...

The people are always friendly and rushing around to fill orders, clean counters or ensure customers are adequately serviced.

I tend to always get my orders put through on the mobile app so as to save the line in times of needing to I'd rather be in a hurry, use the always cleans restroom, or just need to sit and rest due to back injuries. I have yet to get a wrong order, which is fantastic and sometimes an issue at other locations.

One of the best things I love about the location are the well-dressed business professionals who visit the coffee shop each day. It is nice to see happy smiling faces, totally satisfied after receiving or in anticipation of getting their beverage of choice.

It is fun to sit and sip on a beverage while watching the hustle and bustle of the morning rush. All the men in their nice suits and all the women in their most beautiful dresses, always in a hurry to get to where they're going but always to make sure to stop at one of the best coffee shops in the area :-)

Order in advance if you are in a hurry, especially in the morning. Otherwise if you wear a smile on your face you'll get happiness...

I came here in a frenzy and I came across a young lady at the regist and she was new to the register but she did amazing I gave her some hard drinks to fix the keys on the register. The barista made our drinks terrible. He was in a hurry and did NOT look like he was happy or wanted to be there. I have a specific drink o like and most of the Starbucks nail it. I was a gm in Sacramento for a couple years and this drink that was made was gross. I asked for soy milk and got whole milk and then I asked for extra caramel around the cups and the gentleman looked annoyed that I asked him to remake the drink. He still put no carmal on the cup of on top. He just wasn't happy to be at his job and u could tell. Like I said he didn't seem happy to be there at all. He had semi curly black hair was short and had his nose pierced. He needs retraining. Do better Starbucks. I even tipped you all 4 bucks for garbage. I definitely won't be returning there.
